ALL PACKAGES INCLUDE

Hajj Visa & DraftsWe will arrange these on your behalf via the Saudi Embassy and Hajj Ministry.

Airline TicketWe have requested for direct flights with Saudi Arabian Airlines* from London Heathrow and returning from Madinah. Or Alternatively we will have Turkish Airlines via Istanbul. Flight details will be available as soon as we receive confirmation from the airline. We will have limited departures from Manchester returning from Jeddah with an add-on flight from Madinah to Jeddah.*

- Baggage allowance is 2 Pieces per passenger and hand luggage, plus 10 litres of Zamzam.

Please note that we travel to Makkah first and then to Madinah after Hajj. This allows pilgrims to rest in Madinah before returning to the UK.

Transportation in Saudi ArabiaTravel in Saudi Arabia is arranged in air-conditioned coaches. This includes two round trips:

1. BEFORE & AFTER Hajj: - A round trip from Jeddah Airport to Makkah, from Makkah to Madinah after the completion of Hajj and then from the hotel in Madinah to Madinah airport for the return journey to London.

2. DURING HAJJ: - A second round trip from the hotel in Makkah to Mina, from Mina to Arafat and then to Muzdalifa where we spend the night. After sunrise, we depart for Mina and remain there until the end of Hajj*. Arrangements for those who choose to stay in Mina for only two days after Eid day for their journey back to Makkah will be made as well as for those who decide to stay for the full three days.

*Please note there are no official arrangements made by the Saudi Authority for the trips to Jamarat and Makkah during the stay in Mina. Pilgrims are expected to make their own arrangements. Dome Tours will organise groups to facilitate this part of the Hajj.

AccommodationMen and women are accommodated separately in Makkah and Madinah. Family rooms can also be provided subject to availability at the time of booking.

Our accommodation in Makkah & Madinah is in hotel rooms and suites, not apartments (Groups 1 and 2) so all rooms come with an en-suite facility (separate toilets for each room).

Accommodation in Makkah is booked and reserved throughout the Hajj duration. We check out from Makkah hotel only when we are leaving for Madinah.

Limited double / triple rooms are available in Makkah and Madinah at an extra cost.

Mina:Accommodation in Mina is in air-cooled tents that are provided by the Ministry of Hajj for European pilgrims and are situated approximately 40 mins walk from the Jamarat. We arrange guided walks to the Jamarat and back to the tents with our experienced team.

• Each pilgrim will be provided with an individual sofa-bed, blanket and pillow

• During the days of Hajj, breakfast (pre-packed), lunch and dinner will be served daily

• Due to hygiene and health & safety issues, lunch & dinner are prepared and delivered by an external caterer; meals will be packed and served in individual portions

• Tea, coffee, cold drinks and fruit is always available in Mina

• During our stay in Mina there will be a regular programme of lectures and reminders with the respected scholars accompanying the group

Arafat:Here we are also accommodated in the European pilgrims’ zone.

• Our tents are upgraded and air-cooled

• Lunch, fruits and soft drinks will be served

• A roll up mattress will be provided to be used in Arafat and Muzdalifa

Muzdalifa:Please note there are no tents in Muzdalifa as the Hajj authorities have not established any here. A light mattress will be provided in Arafat to be also used in Muzdalifa.

BOOKINGThe booking form must be completed and signed using the form overleaf. A cheque/transfer with a deposit of £2000 must be sent with the signed form to Dome Tours Int. Ltd, 363- 365 Harrow Road, London W9 3NA. A receipt for the deposit will be sent to the address you specify.

PAYMENTThe balance of the payment must be settled in full, six weeks prior to departure. All payments must be in pounds sterling. If the full payment is not received on time, Dome Tours International reserves the right to cancel the booking and forfeit the deposit without notice. Instalments can be arranged under special circumstances. All necessary documents should arrive at our office no less than six weeks prior to departure date.

CANCELLATIONFor cancellation applicants are required to send a request letter stating reasonable grounds, signed and dated. Cancellations will be subject to a levied charge relative to the date of departure as follows:a) from the day of booking to 90 days before the date of departure 10% of the full package price will be charged.b) 29-42 days before the date of departure 50% of the full package price will be charged.c) 0-14 days before the date of departure 90% of the full package price will be charged.

VISA AND TICKETSOnce the Hajj visa is granted, 100% of the total package price will be charged.

DELAYS & CHANGES TO DATESDue to the large number of pilgrims delays and queues are expected in Saudi Arabia. Times that we have provided are tentative and delays may occur from time to time. You are requested to abide by the times appointed by your group leader, as that would override our times. Dome Tours International reserves the right to change the departure if necessary but will inform you of the changes made. Date changes are extremely rare and usually results from bad weather conditions, rescheduling times by the airlines, action by air traffic controllers, mechanical fault or industrial actions, all of which are beyond our control. Dome Tours International is not to be held responsible in any way for the loss or the invalidity of connecting tickets/

flights due to any delays beyond our control. It is your responsibility to ensure that your luggage weight is within the carrier’s allowance; extra weight is chargeable by the airline and must be paid to them directly upon request. We are not responsible for freighting your baggage, and we do not give credit or lend money nor are we responsible for any lost baggage. You must inform Mr. Abdel-Rahman Helbawi in person if you decide to visit Jeddah or drop out of the group for any reason during the Hajj. Failure to do so could result in the cancellation of your contract with Dome Tours International and you shall be responsible for the completion of the remaining official paperwork as well as making your own way to the airport for departure.

ACCOMMODATIONAll accommodation is shared and is of very good standard; star rating is according to the Saudi Ministry of Trade standards. The distances advertised are according to the calculations of relevant authorities in Saudi Arabia as shown in the official licenses. Accommodation in Mina & Arafat is in the tents provided by the Hajj Ministry; please note that there will be no tents in Muzdalifah.

FOOD AND REFRESHMENTSDuring the days of Hajj, breakfast, lunch and dinner will be provided daily.Due to hygiene issues all meals are prepared and delivered by an external caterer; meals will be packed and served in individual portions.

PRICE CHANGESIt may be necessary to increase the cost of the advertised package at any time without notice due to unforeseeable circumstances.

HEALTHHealth services are free as provided by the Saudi authorities, however if any passenger is on regular medication, he or she should consult his or her GP and inform us of any special requirements on the form. In case of death, the deceased is buried according to the regulations of Saudi Arabia and repatriation of the body is not possible.

TRAVEL INSURANCEWe strongly recommend you to take out Travel Insurance for your peace of mind to protect you against any unforeseen circumstances.

Should this happen, no refund or compensationwill be due. If your behaviour results inthe company having to pay any dditional charges, Dome Tours will seek to recover these in full from you.
