Ltd.

Mr. N K Minda(CMD, UNO MINDA) and Mr. Shunkichi Kamiya (President & CEO, Kosei Group) during the Joint Venture Ceremony

UNO MINDA & Kosei Aluminum Co. ltd. a Japanese leading Alloy Wheel Manufacturer entered into a Joint Venture Agreement on 27thFebruary'2015 to manufacture and sell Alloy Wheels in India. The Joint Venture Ceremony took place at Kosei's Head Office in Toyota City,Aichi, Japan. The JV Agreement was signed by Mr. N K Minda (CMD, UNO MINDA) and Mr.Shunkichi Kamiya (President & CEO, Kosei Group).

The proposed name of the Joint Venture Company is Minda Kosei Aluminum Wheel Pvt. Ltd. and will be established in Bawal, Haryana.

UNO MINDA Group Management Committee in leadership of Mr. Naveesh Garg (Group Technology Head) organized its 2nd Innovation Meet inManesar on 19th March'2015. Quarterly Result Update - Minda Industries Ltd Q3 net profit reported three fold at Rs 12.63 crore ascompared to last fiscal.

Minda Industries Ltd. announced its Q3 results on 14th Feb 2015 wherebyit reported over three fold jump in its standalone profit at Rs 12.63 crorefor the third quarter ended December as compared to Rs 4.05 crore forthe same period in previous fiscal.

Total income of the company has increased from Rs.283.22 crore from thequarter ended on 31 December, 2013 to Rs.362.31 crore for the quarterended on 31 December, 2014.

"The performance has improved owing to increase in sales andbetter capacity utilization in Hosur and Pune region" said MindaIndustries Ltd CMD N K Minda.

The EPS of the company has improved from Rs. 2.54 per share from thequarter ended on 31 December, 2013 to Rs. 7.96 per share for the quarterended on 31 December, 2014.

Minda iConnect - UNO MINDA's foray into telematics and 'connected car' space

The change from normal phones to 'connected phones' (smart phones) brought in many ways a revolution in our lives! A somewhat similarchange is coming to the automobile industry globally and to the Indian market.

Minda iConnect has been incorporated last year to contribute to this change and deliver enhanced value to OEMs, aftermarket and endcustomer by offering end to end 'connected car' solutions - from hardware to cloud based backend and user application across mobile and web.

In tune with Government's Lean Management System Scheme - UNO MINDA introduces Tier II SupplierCluster Program

UNO MINDA has always been focused towards their Supplier Partners growth and up-gradation. To move forward, we have taken an initiativeof forming Tier-II Supplier Up-gradation Cluster Program in Minda Switch Division and Minda Acoustic Division - Manesar and this program isderived from Government’s "Make in India" concept.

This scheme is sponsored by Government of India whereby it has introduced a contribution ratio of 80:20 i.e, Government: Cluster Groups

UNO MINDA under the able guidance of MACE has registered 2 Cluster Programs under this scheme, where in 15 Nos. of supplier will beparticipating in different commodities. This scheme is applicable for MSME suppliers and is based mainly on Lean Management Systems.

Held between 7-13th January'2015, The Vibrant Gujarat Summit amidst the land of opportunities, AHEMDABAD saw many companies rangingfrom Healthcare, Infrastructure to OEM & Auto Components marking their presence.

UNO MINDA Group participated in the summit showcasing multiple product lines viz.,Car Infotainment Systems; Alternate Fuel Systems, AirFiltration Systems, Electronic Components, 2 & 4 Wh Switches, Lamps, Horns, Fuel Cap, Blow Molding Components, Automotive Batteries, AlloyWheels etc. Also Minda Projects & MDSL team was part of the trade show. Fujitsu Ten Minda, the UNO MINDA joint venture company for AVN's and Speakers organized niche techshows at Toyota Kirloskar Motors Pvt.Ltd., Bangalore in February'2015.

Samarth Jyoti contribution towards J & K relief operations

In September 2014, the Kashmir region witnessed disastrous floods across many of its districts caused by torrential rainfall. A small initiative toserve the affected and needy was taken by Samarth Jyoti- the CSR initiative of UNO MINDA Group. It distributed 400 nos.solar lanterns inJanuary this year among the victims of Phlala Mandal,Surya Chak, Raipur and Satwari in association with the All India Kashmiri Samaj and RedCross Society, Jammu.

Solar Lanterns is one of the product lines of Minda NexGen Tech Ltd. The recipients were also told how to make use of the Lanterns

Minda Family honoured with Shubh Chintak Family by Dudhiya Baba Chatrawas, Pantnagar

Under the aegis of Minda Charitable Trust Ms. Suman Minda donated 25 Beds and a Cow worth Rs. 1.90L to Dudhiya Baba Kanya Chhatrawas.The Chhatrawas is a home for daughters of people affected by leprosy based in Pantnagar.

Presently, 80 girls are residing in this chhatrawas. All the needs of the girls including health, education, clothing, meals etc. are taken care bythe Chhatrawas.

For this initiative Minda family was bestowed with a Shubh Chintak Family Momento by the organization.
