It was clearly understood that Resul Sayın who is a student at Polatlı Vocational School of Technical Sciences of department of Map and Cadastral with student number 21137422 couldn’t take the general and make-up examinations of the courses named “ PHT 130 Cartography Activities” and “PHT 224 Mapping” in the 2013 -2014 Academic Year Spring Term due to the work accident he had in the MSK Construction Firm on 05.04.2014 and he was in the hospital between 05.04.2014 and 16.06.2014, and he was on sick leave and as his treatment at home continued he couldn’t deliver his leave sick leave on time. According to the our University Undergraduate Education and Examination Regulations with number 8 of 27, in order to relief him, with the decree of Vocational School Board of Directors dated 25.10.2014 and with number 141 of 2014 about his taking the examinations of the courses named “PHT 130 Cartography Activities” and “PHT 224 Mapping” in the general examination term was approved.

It was understood that Selvi Çuhacı who is a student in the Faculty of Health Sciences of the department of Nutrition and Dietetics with student number 21365616 got “B1” from the general examination of the course named “TDK104 Türk Dili II” which she added into her program in 2013 -2014 Academic Year Spring Term, and her score was recorded inadvertently as “F1” by her instructor. In order to refine her, the decree of Faculty Board of Directors dated 29.09.2014 and with number 559 of 2014 about changing her general examination score into “B1” which was recorded as “F1” to her transcript was approved.

It was understood that Melis Yılmaz who is a student in the Faculty of Science of the department of Biology with student number 21119783 repeated and didn’t fulfilled the compulsory attendance of the course which she added into her program in 2012 -2013 Academic Year Fall Term, and got “F1”. This course was “BYL 213 Genel Mikrobiyoloji I” which she added in to her program in the 2013 -2014 Academic Year Fall Term as the equivalent of the course named “BIO 213 Genel Mikrobiyoloji I”, of which she fulfilled the compulsory attendance and got “F2” and failed. In order to refine her, the decree of Faculty Board of Directors dated 18.09.2014 and with number 29 of 2014 about correcting her examination score as “F2” which was given inadvertently by her instructor as “F1”, was approved.

The reports from 5 instructors, 2 of them from our University and the other three from other universities, who are determined as a result of the transaction done in accordance with the decree of Regulations Regarding Promotion and Assignment to the Faculty Membership, in order to examine the states and technicalities of Prof. Dr. Hasan Küçükbay and Assoc. Prof. Dr. Hülya Şenöz who applied for a vacant position of professorship in the Faculty of Science of department of Chemistry of division of Organic Chemistry in accordance with the Higher Education Law with number 26 of 2547, was read in the Faculty Board of Directors.

As a result of the examination and discussion of these reports given by 5 faculty members and the poll among our University Board of Directors’, Assoc. Prof. Dr. Hülya Şenöz was assigned to the vacant professorship position in the Faculty of Science of department of Chemistry of division of Organic Chemistry by common consent.
