What does “Synergize” Mean?

•It means when you work in a group of people or a team to complete an assignment or goal together.

What do I mean?– Examples

Instead of dealing with your own emotions by yourself, your friends can help you feel better and gives you advice.

Like in the book, nature also work together to make plants and resources for our needs.

Another example is when everyone is sharing ideas without complaint.

Shunner?

A shunner is when a person is scared to be different or be different. They think their life is better.

A tolerator?

Think in an open minded way that everyone is different but they like their space. They won’t ever get to know what synergize means because they think the differences in people is sort of a weakness.

Celebrators? …..

People who cherish differences, they are open minded and think different is a good thing.

Differences!!

Not only think differently, we learn, see, our personality and traits are different. Some learn by reading with that forms into a smiley face.an audio book or some of us see a crow or a plant in this picture. Or maybe a spattered paint.

• Plodders- Stay on the topic (assignment) until it’s done– Followers- Encouraging

– Innovators- Creative and outgoing

• Show off’s- Like to show others what they do best on a subject and make people feel bad if they can’t do something
