Recycling companies are regularly facing an important question regarding the crushing of different kinds of waste: Which crusher is suitable for the complete range of products, which one is the best all-rounder?

We can give the answer to this question: The HAAS TYRON is the ideal solution for the crushing and volume reduction of different kinds of material such as waste wood, domestic industrial and bulky waste, railway sleepers with/without iron plates, mattresses, paper rolls, roots, green waste.

All these materials can be crushed with the same crushing tool. HAAS Double Shaft Primary Crusher TYRON – the all-rounder!The HAAS TYRON is available in stationary and mobile ver-sion in three different sizes: TYRON 1500, 2000 und 2500.

According to the machine type the length of the shafts is 1.500, 2.000 or 2.500 mm. The operation is effected by a 12 channel remote control from the loading unit.

The optimized sound insulation system (max. 92 dB(A)) as well as the functional display (dif-ferent languages with integrated error detection system) are standards of the basic version.

The diesel driven mobile machine is available on hook lift frame, on tracks or on trailer with ad-ditional options (as shown in table below). Another advantage of the HAAS TYRON with diesel TV[VY�PZ�[OL�YLÄULK�/,:��$�/((:�,ULYN`�:H]PUN�!�[OL�THJOPULZ�Y\UZ�^P[O�KPMMLYLU[�YL]VS\[PVU�speeds depending on the charge factor achieving a diesel saving of about 25 %.

HAAS lays its emphasis on proximity to the customer and customer satisfaction In 1989, Volker Haas and his brothers Armin and Martin founded today’s HAAS Recycling Systems Ltd. in a two-car garage in Stockum-Pü-schen, which is located in the Westerwald-area. After almost a quar-ter of a century this two-car garage turned into an area with about 8.5 hectares with passage of time. The company’s site in the nearby-vil-lage Dreisbach now consists of two ultra-modern production halls and

CRJ Services Ltd. – a long-term experience In 1999, in its founding year, CRJ initially offered a recycling-service to local authorities for the processing of organic waste. On the basis of an expanding knowledge and experience in chipping, sorting and processing of this waste, the enterprise got quickly expanded by a machinery rental servcie. Year by year more than 1 Mio. tons of wood waste, green waste, garbage and industrial waste got processed with machines rented from CRJ.

CRJ utilizes two primary crushers of type TYRON 2000. Beside H�Z\IZ[HU[PHS�IHZPJ�JVUÄN\YH[PVU��IV[O�JY\ZOLYZ�HYL�KLSP]LYLK�VU� [YHJRZ� HUK� LX\PWWLK� ^P[O� ÄUL� [VVSZ�� *91� JHU� YLZWVUK�X\PJRS`� HUK� ÅL_PIS`� [V� HSS� J\Z[VTLY� YLX\PYLTLU[Z�ILJH\ZL�VM�the four different crushing programs.

The installed HAAS online service facilitates the locating of the primary crusher at any time and enables the access [V� ZPNUPÄJHU[� KH[H� VM� [OL� LUNPUL� HUK� [OL� THJOPUL�� *91� PZ�convinced of reliability and operating safety of the HAAS primary crushers as those are the fundamental features for machinery rental services.

HAAS TYRON crushes waste and wood:H[PZÄLK�J\Z[VTLYZ� HYL� SV`HS� J\Z[VTLYZ��*VTWHU`�)H\Z[VMM��u. Recycling OHG Kurt and Beate Wrensch in Eberswalde (Germany) uses since 2008 the reliable HAAS crushing technology for wood and waste reducing and bought at that time a TYRON 1500. Now, in order to achieve a higher throughput they bought the bigger Model TYRON 2000.

TYRON crushes waste for RDF-production in ThailandIn December 2012 a Tyron 2000 started operation for the crushing of MSW and “rehab waste” (treatment of waste coming MYVT� SHUKÄSS� ZP[LZ��� ;OL� THJOPUL� HJOPL]LZ� H� ÄUHS� WYVK\J[� VM�about < 200 mm which is the optimal condition for the following screening and wind shifting. The capacity reaches about 50 t/h. Our cooperation partner “Milestone Technology” could WSHJL� [OL� ÄYZ[� PUZ[HSSH[PVU� ULHY� [V� VUL�VM� [OL�IPNNLZ[� JLTLU[�mills in Thailand in the North of Bangkok.

A new biomass feeding for power plant in KasselThe power plant operators of “Städtische Werke Energie + Wärme GmbH” had to face a challenge because of the conversion from JHYIVU�[V�IPVTHZZ��;OL�MLLKPUN�VM�[OL�V]LU�OHK�[V�IL�TVKPÄLK�HUK�they needed to install a recycling and transporting line for wood waste. Once the planning had been completed, in the beginning of 2012, HAAS got the order to produce and install the wood waste recycling plant.

In October 2012 HAAS started the installation and the commissioning is expected to take place in June 2013. The new line is designed for a continuous performance of 30 tons per hour.

A primary crusher gets the arriving wood waste down to 0 – 350 mm enabling the following overand magnet to achieve an effective separation of metal parts. Then the precrushed material can be [YHUZWVY[LK�LP[OLY�PU[V�H�Z[VYHNL�IV_�VY�[V�H�MVSSV^PUN�YLÄUPUN�SPUL��

A HAAS hammermill grinds the incoming material to a homogeneous grain size of about 80 mm. After that a discharge screw conveyor transports the material with a uniform material stream to the next components and the ferrous fraction is evacuated.

The following windshifter separates the heavy TH[LYPHSZ� MYVT� [OL�THPU�ÅV^� �^OPJO�OHZ�HSYLHK`�ILLU�W\YPÄLK� MYVT�[OL�ÄUL�MYHJ[PVU���;OL�JSLHULK�JOPWZ�HUK�[OL�ZLWHYH[LK�ÄUL�MYHJ[PVU�are merged after the windshifter.

At the end of the line it is possible to transport the material either to a silo for storage or to a separate storage box. At any time it is possible to extend the line by a non-ferrous serparator as well as by a screen for the fraction 0 – 20 mm.

From the silo the material is extracted with a screw to the boiler and during this operation a belt weigher registers the weight of the TH[LYPHS�ÅV^��=PH�H�[LTWVYHY`�Z[VYHNL�[OL�TH[LYPHS�PZ�[YHUZWVY[LK�^P[O�screw conveyors to a conveying tube system (that was supplied by the customer).

This system transports the requested material quantity to the boiler where the material is feeded by air injection. An redundant infeed enables the operator to feed either the silo or the belt weigher directly.
