HA1630S01/02/03シリーズ 超小型低電圧駆動 CMOSシングルオペアンプ
概要
HA1630S01/02/03は,低電圧駆動可能な低入力オフセット電圧,低消費電流を実現したシングル CMOSオペアンプです。
本 ICは,電源電圧 1.8Vから動作が可能で,出力は電源電圧範囲内でフルスイング動作が可能です。
また,パッケージは超小型の CMPAK-5Vに搭載しており,その実装面積は SOPパッケージに比べて約 1/8となります。
