• Digital Signature– It is a mechanism for providing an extremely high level of trust that signed
data file is authentic, and tamper free, typically using PKA. It is believed to be highly resistant to forgery, unlike written, physical signatures.
– Users needs to have a digital certificate (With a public key or user id and authentication of a password to enter in to application) issued by the valued certifying authority like VeriSign, etc. Once the user gets the digital certificate & corresponding authentication user id. And password then he has to get the digital signature interface to HIS – IHSMS, which will use the details for the application to authenticate & to insert digital signature on the electronic documents & reports through the HIS – IHSMS.
– Digital signature provided authentication, data integrity, & non repudiation to the electronic documents, contents & transactions. Its may also be used to support confidentiality (encryption, scrambling), primarily by exchange of symmetric user id & password.

Quality Management
Title Description
What is SQA The function of software quality that assures that the standards, processes, and procedures are appropriate for the project and are correctly implemented.
How is it different from SQC SQC relates to a specific product or service whereas SQA is concerned with all of the products that will ever be produced by a process.SQC identifies defects for the primary purpose of correcting defects whereas SQA evaluates whether or not quality control is working for the primary purpose of determining whether or not there is a weakness in the process.SQC is the responsibility of the worker whereas SQA is a management responsibility, frequently performed by a staff function .
Typical Roadmap The SQA roadmap includes: A quality assurance plan. Approval and commitment from top management (Directors, Operational
Management) Assessing current capability and level Gap analysis between existing & proposed processes. Identifying Business and Quality Goals (short term, long term) Rewriting / enhancing processes to achieve goals
Ownership Independent SQA Group
Benefits Improved customer satisfaction Reduction in cost of development Low cost maintenance

Staff Training
Training Methodology
• On-Site Training– Training of our hospital information management system – H3OTM is provided onsite at the
time of implementation of our software solution at the client premises. – On site training is categorized & given by two standards methods as mentioned below;
• In Person training: - – This training is for all the key / master users & given my our implementation & support
engineers in person, module wise & a proper hand holding id done till the key users gets an confidence to use our software solution independently without any supervision.
• Batch wise training: - – This is also called as conference training which is conducted in batches either department or
functionality wise. During this training the audience could be key users or any front level operations from the client side.
– During the batch training normally all the queries/ doubts of all the users of the related departments is answered apart for the main modules or functionality training to them.
– A separate session is arranged for the administrators / EDP / IT Managers & network & system administrators.
Training Methodology
• Roles & responsibilities during On – Site Training– Implementation Details
• Implementation will be done by H3O ’s team of consultants.• H3O ’s team will do the implementation and training in few weeks and provide certain
week of post go live support.• Implementation will be done onsite at the Hospital’s premises.• Training and change management is key to the success of the project and H3O will stress
on the same.• During training all nurses, staff, Managers and hospital administrators have to be
available full time for the training sessions.• It is the responsibility of the hospital management to drive in the mandate of training
and using the system.• Implementation will involve minimum customizations & changes. It is assumed that it is
best practices based implementation.
Training Methodology
• Roles & responsibilities during On – Site Training– Preparation for Client
• Client will have to set up a team for implementation who will work along with H3O team. This team will be fully responsible to jointly deliver the project.
• Client has to arrange for the infrastructure like Hardware and Server licenses, network before the start of the implementation.
• H3O consultants will be given full support, cooperation and other project related infrastructure like room with projector, PC’s, etc.
• H3O will facilitate Master data porting & Patient registration no. import from transaction. Any additional requirement given by the client will be charged extra as per the effort estimation.
Training Methodology
• Client – Keeping hardware and software ready at client site– Appointing a single resource for contact/ communication– Appointment of hardware/networking administrator– Testing of beta version
