/// senior send off submissions The senior send off video will be compiled for you. I just need a few things from you PER SENIOR IN YOUR FAMILY to make it pretty cool; 1.Up to 15 photos that represent them or their experience in your family and in AKPSI. 2. OPTIONAL: A 1 minute video send off. This can be made by your family or bigs/littles. Videos can be recorded on a Macbook or mobile device, so long as the file is able to be emailed. These should be fun & brief!

•  USE SENIORS NAME AS SUBJECT.

•  ATTACH PHOTOS AND VIDEO TO EMAIL.

 For time sake, written memories/well wishes left on Facebook send off pages WILL NOT be included in the senior sendoff video. Family heads, you are responsible for compiling these as you see fit.

After the video, families will individually have time to take the stage and talk about their graduating seniors like we have done in the past.

•  From the home page, click Events from the left column.

•  From the Events main page, click “+ Create Event” at top left.

•  Title should include senior’s name.

•  Set the date to expire in May. This will allow you to give your senior access to their pages for a limited time after senior sendoff.

•  DO NOT FORGET to select “Invite Only” so seniors cannot see their pages on accident.

•  After selecting “Invite Only”, click on “Invite Friends”.

•  From the popup, click the down area next to the name search, find and select “Alpha Kappa Psi- GZ”.

•  Click away. But- DO NOT ACCIDENTALLY INVITE YOUR SENIOR!
