Gypsies- During world two a group called National socialist German party or Nazi party took captive many groups of minority's. This occurred in many countries

such as Poland, Germany, Hungaria, and other countries in Europe and Russia. One of these minorities

were a group called Gypsies. In 1942 around 2/3 of gypsies were classified. They were classified into three groups; pure, half breed, and Germans that behaved

like gypsies. Most were sent to the camp Auschwitz. On October 13, 1942, Himmler ordered clarification of all

gypsies. Around 20,000 gypsies were contained in Auschwitz. They died from reasons such as starvation,

weather conditions, “medical experiments”, and so forth. Most woman and children were killed almost

immediately when they arrived at the camps. At most around 23,500 gypsies were killed by the end of the

war.

Nuremburg Trials-When World War two was coming to an end major people of the war were held to trial for

their war crimes. In the Nuremburg Trial twenty-two major war criminals were trialed. They were trialed before the

International Military Tribunal. Most of the criminals came from France, Great Britain and the Soviet Union. They were

categorized into one of four groups; top Nazi, capital criminal, bank president, and fleet admiral. But before the

trial started six took their own life which included Adolf Hitler. In this case evidence was a presented such as a film

of the Nazi plan, a document that told about the gold teeth extraction, and a document that told about the SS gas extermination, The trial lasted from around November,

1995 to around October 1946.

Warsaw Ghettos- In the early start of World War two discriminated groups were slowly being separated into minorities. Soon they were grouped and put into large walled in slum areas called ghettos. Warsaw was

the Poland capital and at the end of the 1930s and third of the city’s population consisted of Jews. In the 1940s around half a million Jewish people occupied Warsaw. When part of Warsaw became a ghetto for

Jews they took up 1,000 acres of the run down part of the city. However many rebellion groups took form

including the Communist Polish, Workers party(PPR), Jewish Military Organization(ZZW) and the ZOB Fighters

which consited of over 800 jews.

Sonderkammondo- In World War two Hitler had many groups of people help inside death camps. One of the groups was called Sonderkammando. They were also

known as corpse commandos or body commandos. When groups of people came into the camps around 2-3% would replace the old sonderkammandos. They got

better food and were allowed to keep any food that would be found on prisoners. Only about a few dozen are still alive today. Their jobs were to prepare people before

the gas chambers. They would do things such as cut women's hair, remove gold teeth, and afterwards clean the gas chambers to hide any evidence. They also sent

shipments of the prisoner’s personal possessions to Germany.

Nuremburg Laws- In World War two Nazis were slowly finding ways to discriminate certain minorities of people. On September 5, 1935 a law for protection of German blood and the Reich Citizenship Law was passed. These laws were also known as Nuremburg Laws. These laws basically said that

only racial Germans were allowed to have civil and political rights. It set standards on things such as marriage, work, and even waving the German flag. They were even discriminated

for racial identity that was transmitted through your grandparents. Some people of the Jewish faith could not

marry German men or women, woman who were younger then forty-five could not work in German households, and

worst of all could not fly or wave the German flag. Later Jews served as a model for treatment and eventual extermination

of Gypsies.

Hitler's Youth- In World War two Hitler was slowly influencing young people. In schools children were starting to

pledge the Hitler oath and after school activities which consisted of things involving giving allegiance to Hitler and his beliefs. But these children had no option because when

they were not in school they had no choice but to join groups and the Nazis banned any and all groups that did not involve what they believed. Even some physically disabled German

kids were allowed to join the disabled and infirm Hitler youth. The over all leader of the Hitler youth was Baldur von Schirach. Young women were given excessive training in child

care, and home economics. Young boys were involved in courses such as gymnastics, hiking, camp, mountain climbing,

marching, and even shooting weapons and guns.
