Helping vulnerable groups- Financial support- Childcare support

ProspectWe learned that the civilization is vulnerable- Cultural events are not simply entertainments:

we need to learn to collaborate in thecommunity: local or global

- We need to pay attention to the goodgovernance among central and localgovernments, civil society and private sector
