The Adventure Sports Activity was organized on 29th and 30th of March 2018 at S.K.V Campus. These activities were organized in order to inculcate a feeling of team spirit , self confidence and leadership qualities among students. Some of the activities which were conducted were as follows:-

1. High Rope Course:- Trust fall, Suspension Method of River Crossing

2. Commando Obstacles:- Commando Crawl, Commando Net, Double Rope Bridge, Balance Beam, Rope Climbing, Rope Ladder, Slack Line and Burma Bridge

3. Competitive Sports Attractions:- Fencing, Shooting, Archery, Paint Ball ,Darting

4. Other Activities;- Team Building Activities, Segway Self balancing Scooter, Trampoline, Air pistol Shooting, Tent Pitching,Bungee Jumping, Zorbing Ball

Timings for the activities were from 6A.M.-11A.M. and 4P.M.- 6:30P.M.

Report on Adventure Activity

Our school conducted a Book Fair from march 28th to March 30th 2018. They brought the books of worth thirty lakhs. All the students liked the Book Fair Collection. It covered all the categories ranging from biographies to comics. All the classes 6th to 12th enjoyed the fair thoroughly.

Report Career Guidance workshop for teachers

2 Days workshop was organised for

teachers on 29 and 30th March 2018 to

uprise them for giving career guidance

to the student. Resource persons were

from CBSE.This activity based workshop was

based on the career options available

to the students and how the counseling

should be done in this regard.

The Art of Living is an educational and humanitarian movement engaged in stress-management and service initiatives. The Art of Living offers stress-elimination programs which include breathing techniques, meditation and yoga. These programs have helped millions around the world to overcome stress, depression and violent tendencies. This art of living workshop was conducted in our school from 25th of March to 28th march for the classes 6th, 7th & 8th.YES! Program was organised for students which, allows one to experience the vast, untapped potential inside of oneself. It is also known as The Medha Yoga Level 1 program which empowers you· Physically - through simple yogasanas;· Mentally and emotionally - through cleansing breathing techniques including Sudarshan Kriya.Students had fun in team games and interactive processes, and group discussions about the issues that affect their life: dealing with friendships and relationships.The workshop inculcated the techniques to concentrate better on studies, Overcome nervousness and stage fear and gain the ability to take the right decisions through the power of Sudarshan Kriya.The message of the workshop was learn to love yourself, learn to share with others and handle problems with a smile, instead of a frown.In charge – Sanjita Luthra
