every student is expected to go through the notes and has to

compulsorily solve DPP of 30 questions on the particulars topic of

all the subjects in the library room under the supervision of respective

There are separate apartment style hostels for Boys and Girls located in the campus

itself so it makes easy access between institute and students. The hostel in the campus

of institute has a capacity to accommodate 850 students. The hostel is self contained,

offering modern amenities, attractive well-lit and ventilated sleeping rooms, fully

furnished with beds, study table , chairs and cupboards. It has a re-creational area and

Leave & Permission for Leave

1) Maximum 2 days leave is allowed to any student aGer permission from parents.

2) IN case of marriage in family leave is granted only in case of direct blood relation

marriage.

3) In Case of illness, Leave is granted when your ward is discharged from in-campus

dispensary.

4) In Case of absent every student is charged 200 fine per day.

2. No lump sum discount benefit is available.

3. GST at the rate of 18% will be levied.

4. Refund Policy for Classroom Course

A) No refund of Registration and Admission fee shall be made under

any circumstances whatsoever.

B) Refund after start of course :- If any student of any course, leave the classes within

10 days from the date of commencement of the classes in the institute, than only the

tuition fee and examination fee paid till that will be refunded with PDC's submitted.

C) Within one month If any student leave the institute within 30 days of commencement

of classes in the institute due to whatsoever reason, than no refund of Registration fee,

Admission fee, Technology fee and first installment of tuition fee.

Only the PDC's of second and third installment of tuition fee are refunded.

NEETJEE Gurukul expects the regular hard work and discipline from the enrolled student. In case the student

is found disobeying the rules of institute, using unfair means during examination, found involved in creating

indiscipline, not attending the class on regularly then he/she may be expelled from the Institute. The decision of

the Head/Incharge will be final in this regard. No fee will be refunded in such cases

Institute will issue an identity card to student which is required for the entry in the classes/Institute. In case, a

student has not received the ID Card and classes have started, he/she must bring fee receipt copy with him/her

for entry into institute for classes. If the Identity card of a student is lost/misplaced, a duplicate I-card can be

asked from the Institute against payment of Rs. 100/-. If any student is found misusing the I-card, he/she will be

rusticated from the Institute.

If the student is absent for more than 5 days continuously without prior information to Head/Incharge,

he/shewill not be allowed to attend / join the classes and will not be given any test paper(s).

AGer depositing money towards 'Registration & Admission', if a student want to leave the Institute due to any

reason whatsoever and wants to take his/her money back, the Institute will not refund the money deposited

towards Registration fee / Admission fee. However, if a student applies for refund before the commencement

of course / classes, only admission fee and first installment of tuition fee will be refunded.

It is the responsibility of student or the Parents/Guardian to get the entrance exam forms and filling them up, match the eligibility criteria for the particular examination and submit on time. Institute will not be responsible for this.

Student is required to attach photocopy of his/her self-attested mark-sheet of previous class and affix a recent

passport size colour photograph on the registration form and staple three extra passport size colour photographs

with the form at the time of admission.

If the student secures position / rank or succeeds in any entrance exams of national and international level,

Institute reserves the right to use the single / group photograph(s), name of the student, video-audio testimonial

of the student & parent in all kinds of media for publicity and promotion.

For any enquiry or concern relating to the student, the parents/guardian can meet the Head/Incharge with prior

appointment.

Student who is late will not be permitted to attend the class.

Any study material given during the classes or otherwise, will not be given to those students, who are absent

without prior application from the parents. No request / personal appointments in this regard shall be

entertained.

If a student is absent or misses a test, he / she can collect his / her question paper from the office within 10 days

from the date of the test.

Students enrolled with NEETJEE Gurukul have to provide photocopy of Admit Card of various Entrance Exams as

soon as they receive their admit cards.

Parents/guardian will be responsible for submitting the fee of their ward in time as per schedule given in the

prospectus.

If the tuition fee is not paid in lump sum, submission of post dated Cheques (Local) is mandatory. In case, post

dated cheques are not submitted or get bounced then a late fee of Rs. 500/- per day shall be charged on the

installment due. However, installment will be accepted with late fee only upto end of the month in which the

installment gets due aGer which the name of student will be stuck off.

If the study material provided to the student is lost/misplaced, a duplicate set of the book(s) can be obtained

from the Institute against the payment of Rs. 250/- per book.

If at any point of time, the Central Govt. further increases GST (Goods & Service Tax),

(existing rate of GST is 18%) the extra amount of GST will be borne by the students from the date of enforcement

of the act by the Govt.

17. If any type of mishap occurs in the premises of NEETJEE Gurukul because of situations beyond control or any

natural calamity of any type such as earthquake, floods, fire, electric short circuit etc, the institute shall not be responsible in any manner whatsoever.

18. In case if any parents/guardian misbehaves with any staff member of the Institute, his/her ward can be

rusticated from the Institute and no claim of refund of such student will be entertained. The decision of the

Managing Director/Director will be final and binding on the student and parents/guardian.

19. Use of mobile/tablet/i-pod is not allowed in the classes or during the tests. In case, if he/she carries mobile

phone in the classes or tests, then it should be switched off.

20. The Institute is not responsible for any loss / theG of mobile phone or any other personal device that the

student carries to the Institute.

21. NEETJEE Gurukul reserves its right to make any alteration in its programs / venue / timing and days of

classes without any prior notice to anybody. The decision of the Managing Director/Director will be final and binding on the students & parents.

22. The Examination Centre of any place can be changed as per the requirement / need of the company without

any prior notice to the students / parents.

23. NGESPL may also contact the user through SMS, Whatsapp, email and call to give notifications on various important updates. Therefore, User holds NGESPL non liable for any liabilities including financial penalties, damages, expenses in case the users mobile number is registered with Do not Call (DNC) database.

24. In case, any dispute or difference arises between you and the Institute regarding the interpretation of these

terms and conditions, non-payment of any claim or any dispute arising out of or in pursuant to these terms and

conditions, the same shall be referred to sole Arbitrator who shall be appointed by the Chairman of

M/s NEETJEE Gurukul Educational Services Pvt. Ltd. The proceedings shall be conducted at Rohtak under the

provisions of Arbitration & Conciliation Act and the Courts at Rohtak only shall have the jurisdiction over the

matter and/or for enforcement as the case may be. If an Arbitrator to whom the matter is referred refuses to

act or for any reason, does not enter the reference or aGer entering into the reference proceedings are

abandoned or kept in abeyance or not proceeded with, it shall be lawful for the Chairman of

M/s NEETJEE Gurukul Educational Services Pvt. Ltd. to appoint another person to act as Arbitrator in the manner

aforesaid. Such person shall be entitled to proceed with reference from the stage at which was leG by his

predecessor, if both the parties consent to this effect, failing which the new Arbitrator will be entitled to proceed

denovo. The court in the city where Centre / Branch of NEETJEE Gurukul is located will have jurisdiction over

the matter and / or for enforcement as the case may be.

Consent to terms and conditions by the parents - By consenting their children for admission and paying the

fees, the parents explicitly agree that they have gone through the terms and conditions relating to admission

to the institute (copy of which can also be accessed at the institute's website

at http://www.neetjeegurukul.com/terms- conditions) and agree to abide by it and are bound by it. Any

deficiency in the admission process will not be taken as an excuse for not abiding to the terms and conditions

relating to admission / payment of fees / refund / usage of student name by the institute etc.

I have read the Terms & Conditions of NGESPL and various policies of the Company as mentioned in the

prospectus & promise to abide by the same.
