TRANSCRIPT
(L.K.G.) 1
Education is the most powerful weapon which we can use to change the world. When we teach we empower children's lives. The
current curriculum has been prepared according to the rules and regulations laid by C.B.S.E. The main focus is on the overall
development of the child. The great aim of education is not only knowledge but also action. Children must be taught 'How to think
not what to think'. Our New development and skill based curriculum aims to help the child find happiness and enjoyment in
learning.
Assessment Technique :
Every child has a different learning style and pace. Every child is unique not only in learning style but also varies in capabilities to
succeed in life. Our progressive assessment technique has adopted a scheme of grading to encourage each and every child.
1. The child will be assessed on the basis of written as well as oral subjects.
2. The annual assessment will be based on IVtests.
Test-I May Test-II September
Test-III December Test-IV March
3. Written tests will be shown to parents only on Parents Teacher Meet.
4. If the child is absent in any test (written as well as oral) he/she will be given average marks on the basis of verified Medical
certificate.
Grades of general assessment will be based on following points.
i) Neatness of school uniform, books, notebooks and handwriting.
ii) General behaviour of the child in the class which includes discipline, attentiveness in the class, respect for teachers and elders
and care of school property.
iii) Response in the class.
iv) Regularity and Punctuality
v) Participation in various school activities.
