The State Government has been playing a very active role in promoting

Global Investors’ Summit, organised every two years since the year 2003
To promote the IT/ ITeS sector in Gujarat, the State Government organised
Vibrant Gujarat: IT Summit 2006 with a special focus on inviting sector-
specific investments
The event attracted more than 400 delegates from across the globe
