the euro/national currency dual circulation period for a leading European hotel and leisure group.

Development of a software tool designed to help retailers assess their euro cash floats. Simulation of the dual circulation period for various types of retail outlets.

January 2001-January 2004: Lecturer at the Institut d’Etudes Politiques de Paris, leading French university in political science. I taught a course entitled Initiation to business management to second year students.

January 1994-September 2000: Director, Corporate Relations, Association for the Monetary of Europe (AMUE), a business think tank, gathering approximately 350 large companies and banks in all Member States of the European Union; its key objective was to promote the smooth implementation of the European Single Currency.Main responsibilities:

Development and animation of the network of members Interface with the European and national authorities in charge of the changeover to the euro Coordination of micro-economic research projects on business preparations for the euro Organisation and coordination of working groups, seminars and conferences Financial and administrative management of a team of 15 persons.
