Since September 2011: CEO AGIS Consulting.Development of a new line of business – Cash Management Solutions – aimed at assisting retailers and large cash handlers optimize their cash handling processes.

October 2008 – May 2011: Vice President Money Processing Brink’s Europe Middle-East and AfricaResponsible for the development and management of EMEA Regional solutions that support the full lifecycle management of regional cash logistics and related aspects of this line of business - representing revenue of € 500 million in 14 countries. Overall responsibility for all aspects of Money Processing operations including ATMs, Bank Branch, Central Bank/Mint and Retail. Main Projects:

Development of new integrated value-added customer solutions based on the European Payments Services Directive in Germany and the Netherlands

Co-ordination of product development teams across the EMEA region through the creation of Centres of Excellence

Negotiations with key customer accounts for the development of pan-European cash-logistics solutions

Design and implementation of EMEA strategy and action plan with the support of Country General Managers

Creation of a monthly newsletter and an intranet collaborative site Enhance visibility of Brink’s through participation in industry conferences and forums.

Organisation and Chair of the leading European conference on retail payments, cards and payments, cash processing, self-service banking

Study on the Future of Cash Recommendation of a market entry strategy for a manufacturer of ATMs Development and implementation of a marketing strategy, in the context of the changeover to

euro notes and coins for De La Rue, world leader in cash handling solutions. Implementation of a global methodology and change management approach for the running of

the euro/national currency dual circulation period for a leading European hotel and leisure group.

Development of a software tool designed to help retailers assess their euro cash floats. Simulation of the dual circulation period for various types of retail outlets.

January 2001-January 2004: Lecturer at the Institut d’Etudes Politiques de Paris, leading French university in political science. I taught a course entitled Initiation to business management to second year students.

January 1994-September 2000: Director, Corporate Relations, Association for the Monetary of Europe (AMUE), a business think tank, gathering approximately 350 large companies and banks in all Member States of the European Union; its key objective was to promote the smooth implementation of the European Single Currency.Main responsibilities:

Development and animation of the network of members Interface with the European and national authorities in charge of the changeover to the euro Coordination of micro-economic research projects on business preparations for the euro Organisation and coordination of working groups, seminars and conferences Financial and administrative management of a team of 15 persons.

December 91- June 93: Secretary General of the French Cultural Centre, Iasi, Romania.Creation of this cultural establishment, organising French language courses, cultural events and serving as an interface between French and Romanian institutions (universities, schools, cultural organisations, international institutions...).
