    Please note that Maths ( IXth ) class starts on 24. 03.2014

    Days and Time - MON & WED - 8.00 PM TO 9.45 PM AND FRI 8.30 AM TO 10.30 AM

    Guidelines

    1.

    Bringing Mobile phone is strictly prohibited in class room. As a special consideration, those

    students who are coming from long distance is allowed to carry Mobile with prior permission.

    However, students to keep the Mobile switched off during the class.

    2.

    Students absenting from the class should inform prior to the commencement of class and

    update all notes prior to next class.

    3.

    Those students who are absent for (3) three days continuously without proper reason and

    without prior permission will be removed from the list and student(s) will be admitted from

    the waiting list.

    4.

    Daily test will be conducted and those who fail need to write the entire or partial portion in

    2/3 times and same need to be submitted in the next class. Also ,these students to appear for

    re-test .

    5.

    Those who consecutively fail in 3 tests without proper reason from the parents shall not beallowed to continue.

    6.

    As class is conducted in a residential area, Students should maintain silence while coming

    to/going from the class, and shall refrain from chats/plays inside or outside the class

    7.

    While transport is available for Local areas students it shall be fully parents responsibility to

    contact driver and arrange for same. In this case you can Contact Driver Mr.Siva

    8.

    Parking vehicles in front of our building is strictly prohibited by building owner.

    Therefore please park vehicle in the ground (nearby adjacent saloon) till the class is over.

    All parents are requested to come to the building only when the class is over to accompany

    children to their own parked vehicles.

    9.

    Please confirm with student name, class and school.
