documents (Hong Kong or Macau I.D. Card,
valid Exit-entry Permit or Passport) Note:
China I.D. card cannot be used as
identification document as it does not contain
English name
⚫ Date of birth and English name shown on
admission tickets must be exactly the same as
the information on identification documents

⚫ Queue up in front of the Supervisor’s desk of the
relevant test zone and present identification
documents and admission ticket.
⚫ After taking attendance, invigilator will write the seat
number on the admission ticket. Candidates should
be seated according to their seat numbers.

⚫ After entering the test centre, candidates are not
allowed to leave
⚫ 8:15am-Centre Supervisor starts making
announcement. Candidates should listen carefully.
⚫ 8:25am - 8:45am-Candidates write personal
information on Question book and Answer booklet
according to Centre Supervisor’s instructions
⚫ About 8:45am-Test starts

SAT Schedule
⚫ Candidates can go to toilets during breaks in good
order. Eating and drinking are only allowed in
designated areas outside the testing areas (No
eating or drinking at the seat or inside testing areas)
⚫ Mobile toilets will be available for SAT Centres at
AsiaWorld-Expo

⚫ Invigilator will check the identification
document of each candidate again after the
1st & 2nd break. Please put the identification
documents on the desk for checking.

SAT Schedule (non AWE venue)
⚫ Before 7:45am-Arrive the venue. A candidate seating
plan will be posted on the notice board outside Test
Centres. Candidates should find and check their own
name and registration number (in alphabetical order)
and mark down their own Seat No.

⚫ Find own seat according to the seat no. labels on the desks. Sit
quietly and place the admission ticket and identification
documents on the desk.

⚫ Invigilator will take attendance at candidates’ seat.
⚫ After entering the test centre, talking, toilet visits or leaving the
seat are not allowed. If candidates have to leave your seat, they
must raise their hand and receive permission from the
invigilator before leaving. (Candidates are suggested to go to
toilets before entering the test centres.)

Regulations of Test Centres⚫ Only identification documents, admission ticket,
pencils, erasers, calculator (1 only) are allowed on
the desk, all other items should be placed under the
chair
⚫ Candidates are not allowed to use mobile phones,
timer, rough work paper, pens, ruler, highlight pens,
etc., in the test centres. Any disobedience will be
reported to the College Board.
⚫ At any time, candidates are NOT allowed to read or
work on the test books without the permission of
the Centre Supervisor. Any disobedience would be
reported to the College Board. The result may be
cancelled.

Regulations of Test Centres
⚫ During the test, candidates are NOT allowed
to open, read or work on Question book and
Answer booklet of any other Sections
(working on wrong section). Any
disobedience would be reported to the
College Board. The result may be cancelled.
⚫ During the test, candidates are NOT allowed
to leave the seat without permission. If you
need to go to toilet, you must raise your hand
and visit the toilet with the company of
invigilator.

Regulations of Test Centres
⚫ During breaks, candidates are NOT allowed to talk or read
inside or outside the test centres, nor using any communication
devices, eating or drinking inside the testing areas. Any
disobedience would be reported to the College Board.
⚫ No stationery or calculator will be provided at the test centres.
Candidates are also not allowed to share calculators with other
candidates.
⚫ If candidates wish to cancel score after the test, please obtain
the form of “Request to cancel scores” from the Centre
Supervisor after all testing materials are collected.
