    iii! A copy of a#id OC from the #oca# authority or a copy of the #icense for thecurrent year $here the system of issue of a #icense (y the #oca# authority isin ogue and $heneer it is not possi(#e, a copy of the same for thepreious year'

    i! Any other information #i8e change in partnership deed, addition to thepremises, change in the #ist of equipments and machinery, addition orde#etion in the #ist of MFPs shou#d a#so (e informed to the #icensingauthority'

    ! If the app#ication for rene$a# of #icense is not su(mitted $ithin the due time,the pena#ty sha## (e charged as per c#ause >! of MFPO/1973'

    ! If any #icensee does not rene$ his #icense $ith in the a#idity period, it is construedas ina#id #icence' After the epiry of #icense, the net fo##o$ing day, a noticeshou#d (e issued directing him to stop manufacture of meat food products ti## it isrene$ed for the said purpose' "imi#ar #etter may (e issued after a month, $hichshou#d (e fo##o$ed (y a registered sho$ cause notice in the net month statingthat the #icense $i## (e cance##ed (y the end of the month un#ess it is rene$ed,comp#eting a## the forma#ities'
