    The Community Cultural Exchange of Philadelphia is excited to announce its 3rd AnnualCraft Exchange & Flea Market at Starr Garden Playground.

    Guidelines for Vending Artists1. Only original 2-D & 3-D fine art and craft media accepted. Prints of 2-D are

    allowed if they are of the artists original 2-D artwork. Original works alsoinclude and are not limited to cds, books, zines, and tee-shirts.

    2. Artists may pre-register and pay a non-refundable $25 fee to participate in theCCEs Craft Exchange by the deadline of May 7. Artists looking to participatelater than May 7th or on the day of the event will be subject to a non-refundable$35 on-the-spot registration. Early registration is encouraged.

    a. Please note that 100% of fees collected from vendors go directly towardsthe funding of CCE programming. The CCE offers free art programsthrough out the city, that contracts local artists to conduct workshops intheir field.

    b. Vending artists can register via mail using money order or check payableto: Community Cultural Exchange or through our website via PayPal.

    i. PayPal registrations can be made by visiting:www.ccephilly.com, then clicking the Donate button on ourhome page.

    ii.Mailed registrations can be sent to Community CulturalExchange, P.O. Box 63808, Philadelphia, PA 19147.

    c. Space is limited. Community Cultural Exchange will place pre-registeredartists as they arrive on a first come, first serve bases for check-in. We willnot be able to tell artists ahead of time where they will be placed, nor canartists reserve a specific space. It is encouraged that artists come early toset-up between 11 am and Noon.

    d. On-the-spot registered artists are subject to space available and are notguaranteed a space in the event that all spaces are filled.

    Set-Up & Break-Down3. Artists can check in and set up area on May 12th between 11 am and Noon.

    a. Artists are responsible for bringing their own table, box or bins to puttheir artwork in. Your table, bin or box must fit into a space that isno larger than 10 feet long by 10 feet wide. Please contact Bridget [email protected] if you require more space to accommodatetents, etc.

    b. Community Cultural Exchange will not be collecting a commission onsales. Each artist is responsible for making their own sales, includingmaking change and processing payments.

    c. The CCE will do its best to accommodate all vending artists within reason.d. No Vendor shall remain on Starr Garden property after 7:30 pm on May

    12th.

    Guidelines for Flea Market Vendors1. Spaces are allocated on a first-come, first served basis. The CCE will outline

    designated areas for Flea Market Vendors.2.

    Flea Market Vendors may pre-register and pay a non-refundable $25 fee toparticipate in the CCEs Craft Exchange & Flea Market by the deadline ofMay 7. Flea Market Vendors looking to participate the day of the event will besubject to a non-refundable $35 on-the-spot registration. Early registration isencouraged.

    4. 5. Banned items: Including, but not limited to: guns, ammunition, explosive

    materials, dangerous, hazardous, flammable, toxic substances, alcohol, illegaldrugs, drug paraphernalia, offensive, pornographic or x-rated material, stolen,counterfeit or unlicensed items, any item that may present a public hazard, or anyother illegal item(s). The CCE is the final authority in determining what can andcannot be sold on flea market property.

    6. No Vendor shall remain on Starr Garden property after 7:30 pm on May 12th.Set-Up & Break-Down
