To view, evaluate the proposed business venture in an objective, critical and practical manner.
Analyze the viability of the business venture
As guideline to manage the proposed venture or project.
To allocate business resource effectively
To convince relevant parties of investment potential in the venture.
Business Plan ?
Business Plan is a written document which details out project or business the entrepreneur intended to undertake. It covers overall plans namely, the market, operation, organizational and financial plan. BP will also highlights the strategies and action plan to achieve objective as a viable business venture.
BP is also known as working paper or prospective.
Who Need the BP ?

Tujuan Penyediaan RP
1. Memberi peluang kepada usahawan untuk melihat dan menilai perniagaan secara objektif, kritikal dan praktikal
2. Mengkaji dan menilai sama ada perniagaan yang akan dijalankan berdaya maju atau sebaliknya
3. Meyakini pihak tertentu bagi mendapatkan sumber pembiayaan kewangan
4. Menjadi garis panduan untuk mengurus perniagaan seharian
5. Mengagihkan sumber perniagaan dengan baik.
Feasibility Study
Before committing time and energy to preparing a business plan, the entrepreneur should do a quick feasibility study of the business concept. Are their any barriers to success? Can the product be marketed, financed,
produced? Use the Internet as a source of information. Are goals and objectives of the venture
clearly defined?

labor, overhead. Financial Information:
