Create a Facebook business page

Before installing the Social Connections app, you’ll need a Business Page on Facebook. To create your page visit www.facebook.com/pages/create.php and follow the simple steps.

Do you know your MLS ID?

You’ll need it to install the app. Call 800.878.4166 for assistance.

Step 1. Add the app to your page.

Visit rltr.cm/socialconnect to activate the app. You’ll need to sign in to facebook, if you haven’t already.

Step 2. Start the installation process.

Click “Go to app.”

Step 3. Connect to your realtor.com® account.

Select your MLS Board, enter your MLS ID and emailaddress, and click “Continue.” This allows the app to display your realtor.com®profileandpostyourlistings.

Step 4. Activate your other realtor.com® solutions.

If you have a Top Producer® or a Market Snapshot® account, you can enhance the app even more. The Social Connections app for Facebook allows you to gather leads directly into Top Producer® and also allows prospects to sign up for Market Snapshot® while they view your listings.

i. To activate Top Producer® simply enter your username and click “Continue.”

ii. To activate Market Snapshot® enter your username and password and click “Continue.”

That’s it!Oncetheappisinstalled,you’llseethisconfirmationscreen.Click “Launch the app” to publish your listings to your Facebook page. Every time you update your realtor.com®profileorgatheranother recommendation, your Social Connections app will update automatically.

When they download a guide, you’llget the lead.

• Market Snapshot® unlocks the “Home Value Reports” section of the app, as well as lead forms on each of your listings. Prospects can sign up for a Market Snapshot®, report foraspecificpropertyinsecondsor,ifnoneofyourcurrentlistings are suitable, request a targeted report for a particular area. Then, you’ll be able to follow up with the local expertise they’re looking for.
