The brewery has been re-creating ancient Irish beer recipes since starting to brew in June ‘13.

WHO WE ARE Yorkshireman married Irish girl with deep roots in Crossmolina, had kids, moved back when that Tiger was still alive, working in construction, then boom, it all fell apart! WHO WE ARE Run since 2013 by Iain and Caroline Price on a working farm, we’re the first commercial brewery in Mayo for over a hundred years. We produce traditional, natural beers using malted barley, whole hops and the main ingredient, water from Co Mayo. Bog myrtle from the farm is also used for flavour in our Porter! WHO WE ARE The brewery is based in the old Dingle Creamery build-ing. Opened in 1888, it was a vital commercial centre for the area.
