Guide 1: How to complete an Evaluation online
Students can complete module and teaching evaluations using a variety of methods, via mobile
devices, via KEATS and via Desktop.
A. Accessing evaluation via Mobile Devices (Apple iOS Devices)
Step 1.
Log on to your King’s Student Email account. You should have received an email from your
Faculty/Department inviting you to complete an evaluation(s). – Refer to screen shot below
Step 2.
Open your email invitation and evaluation link will be embedded on the body of the
message
Step 3.
Click on the link which will open on the browser
Step 4.
Complete the evaluation and Click “Submit”, Click “Ok” to confirm.

B. Accessing an evaluation via Mobile Devices (Android Devices)
Step 1.
Log on to your King’s Student Email account. You should have received an email from your
Faculty/Department inviting you to complete an evaluation(s). – Refer to screen shot below
Step 2.
Open your email invitation and evaluation link will be embedded on the body of the
message
Step 3.
Click on the link which will open on the browser
Step 4.
Complete the evaluation and Click “Submit”, Click “Ok” to confirm.

C. Accessing evaluation via Mobile Devices (Windows Devices)
Step 1.
Log on to your King’s Student Email account. You should have received an email from your
Faculty/Department inviting you to complete an evaluation(s). – Refer to screen shot below
Step 2.
Open your email invitation and evaluation link will be embedded on the body of the
message
Step 3.
Click on the link which will open on the browser
Step 4.
Complete the evaluation and Click “Submit”, Click “Ok” to confirm.

D. Accessing an evaluation via KEATS
Step 1.
Log on to your KEATS page.
Step 2.
On the right of the page, you will see an evaluation block with all available evaluations to be
completed.
Step 3.
Click on the link which will open on the different tab.
Step 4.
Complete the evaluation and Click “Submit”, Click “Ok” to confirm.

Step 1.
