Guest House Terms

To secure a booking in the guest house we require: name, address, contact number, and credit card details. We will not debit your credit card (unless instructed otherwise by you)

however, the full amount of your stay will be settled upon arrival.

Check in time is between 2pm and 10pm. Check out time is 10am. If different check in time is required or if you wish to drop off your luggage, please let us know.

We have a 72 hour cancellation policy.

Should you cancel within this time you will be charged for the first night of your stay per booked room. If you do not arrive for your stay, you will also be charged for the first night of your stay per booked room.

Breakfast is usually served from 8 to 8.30 am.

If these times are not suitable, please ask to arrange a different breakfast time and we will try to accommodate you where possible.

We are pleased to accommodate children above the age of 5.

In the interest of hygiene, we do not accept pets. For the comfort and safety of all our guests, smoking is not permitted in any part of the establishment.

Self Catering Terms

Minimum rental period is one week. A booking form must be completed before rental period commences.
