GUEST GUIDELINES

PRIOR TO YOUR VISIT

Provide a list of full names of people (Harman + not Harman) attending including known medical condition, food allergies and special requirements to [email protected] in Harman TJ.

You will need to send a copy of your passport to [email protected], it needs to be valid for at least 6 months after your arrival date.

You will receive a PDF with the Mexico Immi-gration form (FMM) pre-filled with yourinformation, it is required to bring this form and your original passport when crossinginto Mexico or US border.

CROSSING INTO MEXICOAND DRIVING TO HARMAN TJ

GUEST GUIDELINES

Check with your rental or insurance compa-ny if your vehicle is covered in Mexico.

You need to have your passport whilein Mexico at all times.

Please visit http://www.gob.mx/inm for the complete information on entering Mexico.

When you cross the border into Mexico trough Otay Mesa, the immigration office will be on the first building at your right.

You will need to enter the building, andpresent your preapproval PDF form(FMM) and your passport.

Once you have your form stamped, you can exit the customs and drive up the bridge, taking the first exit after it heading easton "Blvd Bellas Artes"

Drive 1.5 miles on "Blvd Bellas Artes" or until you see "Plantronics" plant on your left side and make a left.

Drive 3/4 of a mile on "Chilpancingo” street.Make a left on "Sor Juana Ines de laCruz" and drive for 1/3 of a mile.

Harman TJ will be at your left hand side.

ENTERING HARMAN TJ

GUEST GUIDELINES

You will need to register at the security booth and provide the guard with the name of who you are visiting.

The security guard will keep your Mexico Immigration form (FMM) and your passport to scan it, and it will be returned to you at the end of your visit, it is required that you have your passport and the FMM form at all times after you leave the plant and while in Mexico.

The guard will designate a parking areafor your vehicle.

Visitors are not allowed in the production floor without an escort, and should followall safety requirements at all times.

RETURNING TO THE US

GUEST GUIDELINES

There are 3 ways to enter the US: Regular Lane, Ready Lane and Sentri Lane. TheRegular Lane is much slower than the Ready Lane, and Sentri is the fastest way to enter. Requirements for each of them are:

Regular LaneValid US Passport and if you are driving,a valid Driver’s License.

Ready LanePassport, WHTI compliant and RFID enabled cards approved by the Department of Homeland Security:

*U.S. Passport Card*Enhanced Driver's License (EDL)*Enhanced Tribal Card (ETC)*Trusted Traveler Cards (NEXUS, SENTRI, Global Entry and FAST cards)*Enhanced Permanent Resident Card (PRC)Border Crossing Card (BCC).

Sentri LanePassport and Sentri Card.

If you are driving, a valid Driver’s License and the vehicle needs to be pre-approved by CBP to be used in a Sentri Lane.

Harman Tijuana can provide you the trans-portation from the plant to hotel (with prior agreement to [email protected])

The driver will drop you off at the turn styles of the Tijuana Border Crossing Garita.

You need walking across the border (aprox. 3 blocks distance) due to US customs requirements, its completely safe, butthe process could take 0-60 minutes andis not within our control.
