The design of the panel will be subject to the material chosen by the designer, with some materials having limitations on width and thickness which will have an impact on the solution. Gudi Facade Acoustic Panel ® can however be engineered around these limitations to deliver the best possible solution for the designer. The live loadings applied to the building along with the amount of perforations or size of eyes within the expanded mesh, either required for aesthetics or air flow requirements will also be a consideration when creating the final design solution. Gudi Facade Acoustic Panel ® system can be provided with or without an acoustic insulation layer encapsulated within the panel, for internal applications we can also provide contrasting fabric inserts when the panels are perforated. Perforated and/or Expanded Metal

The Gudi Facade Acoustic Panel® are made of perforated materials or expanded

metals, or even using porous aluminium and absorb the incident sound without

additional mineral wool. Gudi Facade Acoustic Panel® are washable, non-

combustible and rain- and windproof. The panels fit harmoniously into the facades

modulation.

Gudi Facade Acoustic Panel® with perforated mesh is a product that has been

widely used in various areas, including construction , remodeling, air filter on the

ceiling, isolation, kitchen utensils, stereo system and lawn furniture.

DESCRIPTION

Study after study shows unwanted noise as the major cause of reduced sleep, study

that disturb, disrupt, and distract.

to specific project needs. Micro mesh expanded metal is special expanded metal

with very small openings. The characteristics of micro mesh such as high

conductivity, sound absorption and ability of refraction have expanded the aspects

of its utilizations. The key factor of micro mesh expanded metal application is

material. The most common materials of micro mesh are mild steel, aluminum,

stainless steel, copper, nickel, titanium and other alloys.

The Gudi Facade Acoustic Panel® is ideal for reflective environments where

reverberant noise energy needs to be reduced. It is the perfect solution for outdoor

sound absorption and can be installed on any rigid outdoor barrier or enclosure to

Expanded Metal

Gudi Facade Acoustic Panel® with expanded metal is produced from solid sheets

or plates of metal. In the expanded process, the sheet is simultaneously slit and

stretched into diamond-shaped holes of uniform size, shape and regularity. The

advantage of expanded metal is that there is no waste of material in the expanding

process and the final product is stronger per kilogram and lighter per meter than

the original sheet or plate.
