1.Function

GSB-280 Tyre Bead Remover can Peel off the rubber attached on

the tyre beads, to separate the rubber and steel bead so they can

be recycled and reused.

GSB-280 can be used either individually to remove the beads

directly from whole waste tyres, or be used in combine with tyre

disassemblers, remove the bead from tyre side walls cut off by tyre

disassemblers.

3.Installation and Testing

Note: The design/size/color of control panel varies on the different batch of production according

to client requirements.

1. Keep the machine and flat ground, then level the four corners.

2. The machine should be installed with grounding protection, the

Resistance should be under 4Ω




3. Hyperbolic curve gear oil must be injected into the Speed Reducer

and the Wheel Gear Box before using the machine. The oil should be

cover the gears.

4. Lubricate the main bearings of the two separation rollers with

hyperbolic curve gear oil before using. The oil should be added every

shift. (8 hours).




5. The two rollers are cooled by water, therefore cooling water should

be added before using the machine.

6. The gap between the two separation rollers is 1-3mm, the gap size

influence the working load. Add just the gap size according to the

result of bead removing , until it removes the beads smoothly and

clean.

7. Each time using the machine, check and make sure the lubricating oil

in Speed Reducer and Wheel Gear Box is enough, make sure all the

screws are tightly installed.

4. Using the machine to remove the beads

1.Press the start button to tart the Motor

2.Place the whole tyre or the tyreside wall on the hoop bracket.




3. Rotate the hand wheel to move the tyre or the sidewall inward until it is

grasped by the two separation rollers. The rollers will start removing the

beads automatically.wait until the beads are separated with the rubber

part.

4. Rotate the hand wheel to move the bracket outward, take down the

beads to finish the whole removing process.




Warning!

Don’t take out the beads directly between the rollers with hands.
