Only when you believe that it is eternally possible to further contribute and to constantly improve client service, which is definitely the motto of our company, then you are guaranteed success.In the 25 years of RESA we have resolved challenges that initially seemed impossible to overcome. The diversity and quality of our products, alongside our extensive experience, have provided us with the opportunity to participate in very important projects, both at a national and international level, enabling us to attain a leading market position within the sector.Quality, safety and our constant desire to improve

have been and remain to be, the bases with which we have constructed our future for these 25 years. This spirit of commitment, enterprise and struggle, characterize our company and reflect our constant search for new markets.RESA is arranged into 3 manufacturing plants, the final of which is in Peking (China), where they manufacture motorized (zip) scaffolding to meet a demand greater than 5000 units a year. Alongside China, I must not neglect to mention our plant in Cordoba, 70% of which is adjusted for the handica-pped, because at RESA, we value these people very highly.RESA has a total of 750 professionals working to improve our training day by day. An annual record of company progress confirms an increasingly strong position in the global market, exporting systems of the latest generation to USA, UE, Russia, Asian countries and other destinations, has enabled us to participate in the most important projects.RESA’s commitment to the safety and quality of its products manifests itself in the company being awarded all the required certificates from regulatory bodies such as, BUREAU VERITAS ESPAÑOL, ENAC, ECA, BVQI, ISO 9001 and UKAS QUALITY MANAGEMENT, OSHA. In doing so, it is clear that RESA, through systems in quality, technology and capacity is situated at the top of the market.Resa holds an average of 500,000 m3 of R-70 scaffolding and Resablok scaffolding, 300 pieces of zip scaffolding equipment in 450 distinct types, 600 m3 of storage and hundreds of specialized mounting blocks. The movement of this equipment is managed by the employees using the company’s own fleet of 100 vehicles. The management of this equipment is not easy. It requires the greatest ability and experience that only RESA can offer to its clients.

Resa Quality FactoryThe management insures that the Engineering, Investigation and Development functions support the Operational side. Suitably qualified employees manage all of the departments. The workshops located in Madrid, (greater than 30,000m3), have become the major production centre for the Group. These workshops are geared towards the production of scaffolding systems and light metallic structures (Aluminum and Steel): multidirectional scaffolding - RESABLOK, alongside 90% of the production of the different systems of motorized Scaffolding, with machines of differing configurations: motorized single mast scaffolding, motorized dual mast scaffolding, service lifts, lifts, etc.

Mobility and AutonomyThe factory is situated in the region of Cordoba in the town of Espiel, being more than 10,000 m3, has a weekly capacity of more than 40 tones. It covers the needs of the offices operating in Andalucia, which are located in Sevilla, Huelva, Cadiz, Algeciras, Jaen and Cordoba.

In Espiel small-specialized parts for the motorized scaffolding are produced: such as electrical boxes that required a high specialization and a comprehensive control besides the production of other partsThe commitment to production at the Mobility and Autonomy centre is at the heart of the company and is identical to that of the Special Centre of Employment.

Quality controlAt every phase of production following receipt of the

raw materials through to the end of the process, the equipment is subjected to rigorous quality controls,

culminating in complete traceability. This ensures compliance with all appropriate European Stan-

dards, either for tubular and motorized scaffol-ding.
