Term-realization of EPs by LCs


TOP 3 LCs in OGX Realization during 3 Qs:

1. Kyiv (22,% of contribution)

2. Donetsk (13,27% of contribution)

3. Lviv (12,24% of contribution)


Realization of EPs in Q1


• Congratulations to the top 3 LCs which are driving the majority of results in Ukraine: Odesa, Lviv and Kyiv!!! Odesa – for the 1st time, amazing job, congrats to Vica Lezhenko and the whole Odesa OGX team!!!

• Recognition goes also to LC Uzhgorod for amazing growth and being for 1ts time at 5th place among 15 LCs!!! Keep going guys!!! Congrats Alyona Chernyakhova!!!!!


Q1 Plan realization


• LC Uzhgorod overachieved the plan and is the 1st in Ukraine in achieving the plan!!!

• Odesa and Lviv which reached 68% and 64% of their goals realization

• The country reached 37% of goals’ realization , we all depend on each other, it means if we don’t achieve our LC plan, the country doesn’t achieve its plan. It’s very simple.


Raising results in Q1

AIESEC in UkraineGrowth Report Q1• AIESEC in Ukraine grew only for 27% in EP raising. Why we’re

growing so slow. Think how much your LC contributes into the

national results? Special attention to LC Donetsk, which managed to raise only 3 EPs, which is -87% from previous year. This is really dangerous situation for LC, especially if these guys were always on the top of EP raising in the country!

• Big recognition to LC Kharkiv and growth of 150% (20 EPs RA) in EP raising!!! LC Ternopil for managing Ustronianka partnership and LC Lviv for constant growth in EP raising!

• Such LCs as Lugansk, Mariupol and Sevastopol should pay attention for raising EPs, and the question WHY DON’T YOU RAISE, when previous term you had success in this??? You’re constantly decreasing in your results!!!!

Attendance of IDS by UA EPs


• The situation is really dangerous, as only 34 EPs attended IDS out of 180 EPs available!!!

• Only Uzhgorod has equal situation in attendance of IDS and number of available EPs

• Kyiv, Donetsk, Lviv – LCs have the biggest amount of EPs available and the least number of EPs who attended IDS! Think about this!!!

• Make your EPs prepared for internship, if they can’t go for National IDS, organize Local IDS, to where invite EPs, alumni and your EB, it’s important for your EPs to be prepared.
