Scope Of Support
Work Package 1: Business Strategy and Planning (40%)
• Use the Orbit tool and the Single-Page Plan to develop the company's Growth Plan for the next 1-3-5 years including: vision, strategy, positioning, clear differentiation, key areas, and priorities.
• Develop Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), milestones that can drive actions across the business.
• Financial and operations management in place to support this growth
Work Package 2: Sales & Marketing Strategy and Action Plan (30%)
• Outline marketing strategy and action plan, options, approach, timelines , value propositions
• Sales Plan in place to clearly define where and how the revenue will be generated and how to integrate to achieve a proactive sales culture with good practical implementation tools.
Work Package 3: Resources Management and Development (30%)• Developing a clear strategy for maximising the resources the company has, processes and
identifying skills required and a training plan, including people management and L&M training for the Directors.
