My  goal  this  aOernoon  is  EXPLORE  strategies  that  will  help  you  increase  your  SOCIAL  CAPITAL.

What  is  Social  Capital?  BONDING  CAPITAL  VS  BRIDGING  CAPITAL  

Bonding  capital  is  about  strong  1es  and  close  connec1ons  that  lead  to  security.  You  probably  feel  very  comfortable  reaching  out  to  your  bonded  capital  network  for  help.

Bridging  Capital  

Bridging  capital  is  the  number  of  connec1ons  you  have  across  different  industries,  social  strata,    etc.  Bridging  capital    allows  you  to    connect  with  wider,  more  diverse  networks.

 ✓ Don’t  just  join,  PARTICIPATE.  ✓ Submit.  Present.  ✓ Par9cipate  in  discussion  boards  and  social  media.  ✓ Write.  ✓ Par9cipate  in  webinars  and  online  chats.  ✓ Follow  up  with  new  contacts  ✓ VOLUNTEER  FOR  STRETCH  ASSIGNMENTS
