BodyCombatBodyCombat combines moves and stances from a range of self-defence disciplines like karate and boxing into an energetic routine. Music and choreography create a fierce, fun experience which raises fitness levels while reducing fat and cholesterol.
Cycle FitA fun, cardiovascular indoor cycling workout that guarantees you will improve your fitness and leave you on a high!
Fit ‘n’ 50+A safe and effective low impact workout with seated strength work to fun, motivating music.
Step WorkoutThe ultimate step class combining simple yet effective choreography with abdominal work.
ZumbaZumba combines motivating music with unique moves and combinations making this a fantastic dance-based fitness workout. Zumba is a fun aerobic workout suitable for people of all ages.
BodyPumpThis strength endurance workout incorporates barbells and adjustable weights with highly motivational music to maximise the experience and delivers a fantastic all over body workout.
CircuitsThis 40 minute class will provide you with a full body workout focusing on a number of fitness elements including; muscular endurance, strength, anaerobic conditioning and mobility. The intensity varies from week to week with a lower intensity session every fourth week to allow for recovery and to provide variety.
GRIT SeriesHigh Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) in three styles. GRIT Strength – uses weights and bodyweight exercises to increase tone strength and fitness. GRIT Plyo – explosive agility training to help build a lean athletic body. GRIT Cardio – intensive bodyweight exercises to rapidly burn fat and improve cardiovascular fitness.
MetafitA 30 minute carefully choreographed blast designed to obliterate calories and create lean functionally strong bodies. It’s the 30 minute work out that lasts for 24 hours!
Cycle SculptA combination of 30 minutes of CycleFit and 30 minutes of strength and conditioning work. Great for those wanting cardio and conditioning in one class.
Tabata CircuitsTabata is a well proven and researched method of improving aerobic and anaerobic systems, it follows the HIIT protocol but can be adapted so that you can overload on muscular endurance exercises as well making it uniquely suited to targeting muscle groups for a hypertrophy effect.
Yoga for StrengthAstanga Yoga is an ancient yet evolving art of Yoga using the union of mind, body and breath to improve strength, stamina and flexibility through a dynamic flow of yoga postures (Asanas)
BodyBalanceBodyBalance gives individual focus on flexibility, strength and controlled breathing combining Yoga, Pilates and Tai Chi, leaving you feeling relaxed and renewed.

Breathing with movement massages the organs acting as a detox and is scientifically proven to reduce the effect of stress.

PilatesPilates is aimed at lengthening and strengthening the core muscles groups. This class will help you with joint mobility and will also help align your posture and breath-control.
Aqua WalkingWith the pool set at a level height this allows a low impact exercise option, it reduces stress on joints and is great for rehabilitation. The class is not instructor led.
Aqua ZumbaA safe, challenging, water-based workout that’s cardio-conditioning, body-toning, and most of all, exhilarating beyond belief. Take the Zumba party to the pool!
Powerswim Powerswim is a short intensive class designed to fit into your lunch hour or when you are short of time. Powerswim is designed for adults who want to improve their swim stroke, technique and fit-ness level within a coached environment. This class is more suited to advanced swimmers.
Skills & DrillsDesigned to help adults develop their stroke technique and improve fitness. This session is instructor led and is more suited towards swimmers who can swim lengths but require more work on their technique.
