BODY SHRED– A high intensity class that incorporates strength training, body weight training and plyometrics to take your body to the next level. All levels welcome; modifications provided.
CORE CARDIO - Get your morning started right with a cardio sweat session followed by some core work to round out your hour-long class. All levels are welcome; modifications provided.
CYCLING - Pedal thru hill climbs, sprints and many other challenging drills for a great leg-pumping, core stabilizing, and calorie-burning workout. All levels welcome; modifications provided.
HITT WOD - A High Intensity Tactical Training Workout of the Day that follows the prescribed 1-hour program as laid out by the HITT manual by HQMC. Active Duty only.
POWER YOGA - A powerful, flowing sequence of yoga poses that link breath and movement. Class focuses on strengthening and lengthening your muscles and spine, stabilizing your core, and opening up deep muscle tissue. All levels welcome; modifications provided.
***EVENING CLASSES MUST BE PAID IN ADVANCE AT SEMPER FIT CENTER– MAIN GYM OR KULIA. NO TRANSACTIONS WILL BE DONE AT THE COMMUNITY CENTER.***
RELOAD HITT - A High Intensity Tactical Training Workout of the Day that follows the prescribed 1-hour Reload class focusing on your flexibility, mobility and recovery. Active Duty only.
STRONG - A total body workout that combines body weight, muscle conditioning, cardio and plyometric training into one class, providing a higher rate of post-workout caloric burn. All levels welcome; modifications provided.
THE GRIND– An 8-week high intensity circuit-based class with a focus on foundational movements. Classes are held at the Outdoor HITT Center (across Mokapu Elementary). Begins Monday, JAN 6 and will run thru Friday, FEB 28. $50 registration fee to participate. **Fee only covers participation for THE GRIND and not any other group exercise classes on the schedule. Drop-in fee $3.
ZUMBA - A high energy workout that combines international rhythms, like salsa and raggaeton, along with popular pop and hip-hop beats, with easy to follow dance/fitness moves for a truly unique cardio and toning workout. Not a dancer? No worries! This program is designed for anyone who wants to party while they exercise!
COST: Active Duty FREE.
Drop-In class: $3/class. Punch card: 10 classes for $20 (30 day expiration)
