ConclusionIn conclusion you should explain the need for delegation and reasons you choose the employee. Set objectives that define responsibility, the level of authority, and the deadline. Develop a plan and establish checkpoints and hold employees accountable. This in return will allow staff to become more productive and better trained. It also saves the money and promotes teamwork within the department. There are certain tasks that should and should not be delegated.
