Group meals are served non-exclusively in a semi-private space; fresh seasonal buffets and break service offerings are rotational. Menu is based on seasonal farm selections and market availability. Working breakfast and lunch options in your function space are included. Private dining options are available at an additional charge.

All meeting packages include a choice of three (3) in-house AV items each day from the following options:

BALCONES HALLA TECTUM ceiling, exposed wood trusses, and a wall of floor-to-ceiling windows create a stunning backdrop for your gathering; features also include a ceiling-mounted projector and motorized screen.

PARLOR(S) With comfortable couches, soft chairs, a wraparound porch, kitchenette, and private restroom, the Parlor suites are a cozy choice for an intimate meeting or event. Four of the five Parlor suites include sleeping quarters; the suite without accommodations can host meeting setups for up to 20 guests.

Outdoor spaces include Live Oak Lawn, Serenity Pool, Solidago Garden, Renewal Garden, and Cypress Creek Trellis: Each is perfect for fresh-air team-building, vibrant receptions, or dinner under the stars. CROSSINGS HILLTOP KITCHEN The atmosphere of Crossings Hilltop Kitchen melds the refined and rustic, with welcoming soft leather couches, an inviting fireplace, a newly renovated bar, exhibition kitchen, and vaulted wood ceilings. The restaurant opens to the patio, which overlooks the Balcones Canyonlands Preserve and Lake Travis.

LIVE OAK LAWN The ideal place for a quick outdoor breakfast or lunch to break up your meeting—or to cap off a successful day with a star-studded, moonlit dinner.

SERENITY POOL A unique aquatic venue for dinner, this pool overlooks the picturesque preserve and lake, ensuring a soothing finish to a long day of meetings.

SOLIDAGO GARDEN Accessible by way of a forested trail, this 2,500-square-foot garden courtyard includes two water features and is surrounded by a hand-laid mason wall. The area also includes a 576-square-foot hand-crafted wood and stone event space.

RENEWAL GARDEN Surrounded by crumbling stone walls, naturally wooded gardens, flagstone paving, fountains and water features, sensory gardens, and inviting fire pits, this is your space for a relaxing mid-day lunch or laid-back cocktail hour and dinner.

CYPRESS CREEK TRELLIS Flanked by our working farm, set just under the hills and next to the running water of Cypress Creek, we recommend this space for an enlivening sunrise breakfast.
