You  may  be  Excited  to  Learn  About  the  Amazing  Impact  of  a  new  approach  that  has  been  proven  to  shift  clients  by  a  full  stage  in  development  in  a  12  month  period!  This  is  contrary  to  the  general  view  that  it  takes  around  five  years  to  shift  up  to  the  next  Stage.    

In   2013,   nineteen   NSW   Public   Sector   senior   executives   were   randomly   assigned   to  Antoinette  as  part  of  a   leadership  development  program,  and  assessed  for   their  action   logic  using   a   variation   of   the   Washington   University   Sentence   Completion   Test.   Twelve   were  assessed  with  a  >80%  conventional  mindset;  and  nine  agreed  to  participate  in  her  Research.  They  were   all   senior   executives   leading   large  divisions  or  organizations,  many   leading  more  than  a  thousand  employees.    

A  year   later   in  2014,  each  participant  was  assessed  a  stage  above  their   initial  assessment.  A  matched  pair  T-­‐test   showed   significant  differences  pre-­‐   and  post-­‐coaching   (p<0.0001).  This  was   contrary   to   expectation   based   on   global   expert   opinions   that   it   takes   several   years   to  uplift  one’s  action  logic  even  with  a  post-­‐conventional  coach.  

Without   Exception,   Every   Executive   Moved   a   Full   Stage   with   an   average  movement   in   their   Total   Weighted   Score   (TWS)   of   29   points.   Most   shifted   to  Catalyst/Achiever,   and   two   to   Strategist/Catalyst.   The   consistency   of   the   results   was  astounding!  Here  is  a  graph  of  the  shift  in  the  aggregate  TWS  from  2013  to  2014.
