Group

A UK-based group of companies employing over 100 people and

operating nationwide and into Europe, UKF Stainless Holdings Limited

is the parent brand of UKF Stainless, Joint Perforating Company,

Ferrari Stainless & Alloys and Stainless Metals & Alloys. The Group

unites a unique mix of companies which offer an extensive range

of unrivalled product solutions to the stainless steel market.

Each of the four companies and their individual competences are

outlined over the following pages and reflect the Group's combined

wealth of engineering excellence and industry-wide capability.

Based at Bromsgrove in the West Midlands, UKF stocks and supplies

welded stainless steel tube, exhaust tube, sheet, bar and other stainless

steel products to numerous industries ranging from Automotive,

Decorative, Dairy and Water to Marine, Fabrication and Petrochemical.

As well as offering a broad variety of products from stock, UKF is

widely-recognised for its skills in cutting, perforating and polishing

stainless steel, allowing finished products to be precisely tailored to

exceed individual customer requirements.

Traditionally perforated tube manufacture involved a lengthy process

starting with flat strip undergoing four stages before reaching the end

result. The Joint Perforating Company has re-invented the whole

process.

Established in 2001 at Bromsgrove in the West Midlands, JPC is able

to perforate pre-formed tube in a single operation. This not only saves

time and cost but also creates a visually-enhanced product - an

exceptional combination that makes JPC the preferred choice within

the automotive and domestic appliance markets.

Employing this latest manufacturing technology means JPC can

perforate such diverse materials as stainless steel, titanium and mild

steel as well as aluminised zinc-coated steel with 32-102mm external

diameters in up to 750mm lengths. Innovative in-house tool design

also facilitates tube perforation in varied patterns to satisfy different

client requirements.

SMA was set up in 2015 as a newly formed company to service all

market sectors of the stainless and aluminium industries in both

Northern Ireland and the Republic of Ireland.

From a state-of-the-art warehouse facility in Lisburn, Northern Ireland,

a new vehicle fleet ensures daily distribution throughout Ireland with

expert and professional guidance available from a dedicated sales

team in both Lisburn and Damastown near Dublin.

The company's market sectors range from Engineering, Fabrication

and Architecture to Tanker, Brewery and Dairy industries and include

Food & Beverage, Biogas and Water as well as the Pharmaceutical,

Automotive and Biotech.

Since 1985 Ferrari has been a leading supplier of premium quality

stainless steel and aluminium products in many different alloys, serving

a multitude of high technology engineering, marine and civil projects.

Its main focus is on stainless steel tube, bar and fittings in all forms

which are available in 316 and 304 grades.

With deliveries from stock a minimum of three times weekly out of

its Dorset location, Ferrari distributes to customers nationwide a

comprehensive product range available in all grades: Sheet, Plate,

Round Bar, Flat Bar, Angles, Squares, Hexagons, Tube (Super Mirror),

Pipe, Fittings, Flanges, Studding and Fasteners.
