    Read the curriculum before the lecture

    Team contract

    Spend the next few hours to work out a team contract. It is important that everybody in the

    group has considered their attitude towards the issues which are to be discussed and

    decided upon.

    1 - MEETINGS________________________________________________________a) Meeting day:Do you want to have a regular weekly day? Where are the meetings going to

    take place? What is the timeframe a meeting? Can the internet be used as an alternative?

    b) Cancelling meetings:Are you to announce that you will not participate in a meeting if you

    are prevented from coming? How and to whom?

    c) Minutes:Do you want to take minutes from the meetings? Should there be a deadline for a

    minute? Is it to be placed on CampusNet?

    d) Roles: Are you going to change roles?

    2. PERFORMANCE AND EXPECTATIONS_________________________________

    a) Time:Should each member perform the same through the whole project? Is it okay to

    perform at various levels at different times?

    b) Expectations:What are the success criteria? Should all be owner of the project and learn

    something? Should all pass the exam?

    c) Ownership: How will you each perform to reach the criteria ? What are you good at?

    What will you do if one is always late?

    What will you do in one never delivers on time?

    What will you do if there is bad chemistry in the group?

    The group contact is a binding contract, between all team members. The purpose of which is the production of theproject and the creation of material for the presentations of the case studies in the individual oral exam, for thecourse 42490 at DTU
