› › Boundless - A Centennial Celebration

The centennial celebrati on was unveiled at the groundbreaking and we are so excited to share it with you!

When there are no bounds, there are no constraints. No limits.

Every one of our pati ents has Boundless potenti al. And we want each of them to experience the Boundless joy of being a kid. Whether it’s on a mountain. A dance fl oor. Or a playground.

Which is why everyone at Scotti sh Rite Hospital works with Boundless energy, determinati on and vision. But beyond our pati ents, doctors, researchers and caregivers, Boundless indicates the potenti al of our future. We’re poised to fl ourish in whole new ways. To knock down walls. To color outside the lines. To climb higher, run faster and jump farther.

Who knows what we’ll achieve over the next 100 years? What new technologies we’ll pioneer? What innovati ve ways we’ll fi nd to mend spines, heal bones and repair limbs? All so we can conti nue to help give children back their childhood.

The possibiliti es are BOUNDLESS.

e medical sta is excited for our expansion to Frisco, as it will allow us to serve more children then ever before. Building in this growing community will allow us to expand our uniquely Scottish Rite Hospital care to an entirely new patient population. e new ve-story North Campus will treat the same pediatric orthopedic conditions seen at the Main Campus, including spine, hip, hand, foot and limb disorders. Also, the North Campus will be the o cial home for the Center for Excellence in Sports Medicine, allowing us to expand and grow that practice in order to better serve young athletes. Our acute injury clinic, currently housed at the Plano location, will move to the North Campus. Upon opening, there will be operating rooms for day surgeries, a state-of-the art movement science lab, and physical/sports therapy center with space to expand in the future. e possibilities for patient-centered care are endless and we feel deeply honored to share our expertise with a new community of children and adolescents.

We are thrilled to begin our North Campus journey with this momentous groundbreaking. In the last 95 years, our institu-tion has seen tremendous growth, change and advancements in our mission to give children back their childhood. Recognizing the need for a patient access point in the fast-growing northern suburbs, we have decided to take a historic step forward for our organization and expand to Frisco. e new facility, located on 40 acres at the corner of Lebanon Road and the Dallas North Tollway, will initially serve outpatients with clinic visits and day

surgery when it opens in 2018. e North Campus will also be the permanent home of the Center for Excellence in Sports Medicine. In addition to sports medicine, the Frisco campus will treat general pediatric orthopedic conditions such as scoliosis and clubfoot. Our goal is to provide the same high-quality care in our northern communities that patients from all over the state have been enjoying for almost a century. We thank you for your support during this time of growth and we look forward to celebrating this milestone achievement with you in 2018 when the new campus opens. ank you for all that you do for this organization. We could not move forward with this project without the support of a truly world-class sta . You are the driving force behind all that we do. ank you.
