• Incorrectstowageorsecuringofbaggage,mailorcargolikelytoendangertheaircraft,equipmentoroccupantsorimpedeemergencyevacuation
• Transport,attemptedtransportationorhandlingofdangerousgoodsthatresultedinorcouldhaveresultedinunsafeconditions/operations

Havingasolidfoundationofsafetydataandsafetyinformation isfundamentalforsafetymanagement,sinceitisthebasisfor data-drivendecision-making.
Reliablesafetydataandsafetyinformationisrequiredtoidentifytrends,makedecisionsandevaluatesafetyperformanceinrelationtosafetytargetsandsafetyobjectives,andtoassessrisk.
