Heena is used both as Conditioner for 30 min. and for Colour 2 hrs.

Shika Kai Power 1 tsp

Olive Oil 1 tsp

Coffee 1 tsp

Kattha Power 1 tsp

Mix all and apply on clean washed oil free hairs

For Nourishing : -

Make Kurry Leaves Paste 2 tsp and mix it with Aloe Vera Gel 1 tsp. Use it in scalp for 30 minutes and rinse. It will nourish hair, use twice in a week…

& My Weight is 64 kgs = (64 × 2.5 = 160 ponds)

I am Light Active person and to calculate my daily calorie I count my BMR with the help of Harris Benedict Principle.
