***Grillers need to be set-up and ready to begin cooking their burgers no later than 9:30am day of competition. Support personel will be on site at 7:00am to assist anyone needing help. If you need to set-up Friday evening

please let your Rotary representative know in advance so arrangements can be made.

FOOD SAFETY GUIDELINES By signing I agree that I have received and read a copy of the “FOOD SAFETY GUIDELINES” prior to the event. All participants will need to follow these guidelines as out-lined by the Alabama Dept. of Public Health, failure to do so will be cause for elimination from the event. Your agreement to participate locks down a grilling location thus preventing another griller from participating so there will be no refunds issued in the event of a cancellation or no-show. All proceeds go to supporting local charities and agencies selected by the Opelika Rotary Board of Directors.
