Disaster Recovery Housing Program, Texas Gulf Coast Region (Bastrop, Galveston, LRGV, SET)
Design/draw/complete all housing packages
Plan sets include the floor, electrical, roof plans and interior/exterior elevations, and specifications
Utilize civil surveys to best assess a house plan to place on the plot of land within the allowed setbacks
Elevate houses to the elevation certificate accordingly
Addition of custom exterior stairs drawn to accommodate site restraints/elevation height
ADA Ramps (1:12 max slope) to be drawn when required as best fit on the site
Create a new set of CAD house plans for a non-standard (custom) house from conception to completion
Assist in-office Architect with all drawings and correct all redlines
Communicate with Structural Engineering Firm to complete structural drawings
Quality Control/Individual Technical Review checks on incoming structural packages
Package architectural and structural drawings together into a final set to be ready for contractor assignment

Oversee entire CAD library of house plans and update them as needed
Assign packages for the DEMO program: Create, gather, and organize demolition documents for assignment
