Gregg Castano

• Gregg Castano was named President in December 2009. In this role, Castano remains responsible for thecompany's global growth strategy into new international and vertical markets, and expands his involvementin the company's marketing and communications efforts on the operational level. He serves on thecompany's executive committee and works closely with CEO and Chairman Cathy Baron Tamraz onstrategic planning and global branding.

• Castano has played a key role in the company's U.S. and international expansion. During the past decade,Castano lead Business Wire's efforts as it opened offices in London, Brussels, Frankfurt, Paris, Tokyo,Sydney and Toronto, while establishing a network of reciprocal sales offices throughout Latin America, theMiddle East and Africa.

• Castano was most recently Co-Chief Operating Officer, where he was responsible for overall sales strategyand financial analysis. Prior to that, he served as Executive Vice President, Global Sales. Gregg joined thecompany in 1985 and later held several management positions leading up to his appointment as Senior VicePresident, Global Sales in 2001.
