3. Please open the Robot controller and additional interface panels, visually inspect to ensure all the cables and wires are intact, if it has suffered any physical damage due to external causes please act on the same before Power On.

4. At this stage, ensure all the recommendations suggested by Line Builder is fulfill before proceeding further. 5. Check the Robot incoming power supply using Multimeter at the input of Main Power On/Off breaker. Ensure the

voltage levels as applicable are within limits 220/415VAC ±10% and the ground voltage to be <3VAC.

6. Turn the Robot Main Power breaker to ON position and again ensure the voltage levels are within limits.

After Power ON:

1. Check the controller and other interface panels for any foul smell/electrical sparking/arcing. If yes, not to be panic please immediately turn OFF Main Breaker. Inform your findings to us and avail further support to avoid any further damage to the Robot Cell.

2. After safe Power ON, please check the Teach Pendent display Screen and control panel elements LED display for status. If any alarm noticed, immediately ensure to collect the picture of the same and report to us.

3. Turn OFF the Main Power Supply Breaker, if backup batteries already removed, please restore them in the respective location and ensure their connections are intact.

4. Place the CF Card with the respective Robot data to memory card slot on the controller and ensure correct orientation to avoid damages to CF Card or the Memory Card port.

5. Turn ON the controller by pressing the combination keys and restore the Image backup using CF Card/USB. 6. If SRVO-038, SRVO-062 displayed, not to master the Robot immediately, please contact us to ease of mastering. 7. If any other alarm persist on the screen, please fix it. 8. Ensure no alarm on the screen, jog all joints carefully with very low feedrate (<10%). Move each axis by ±40°. 9. Move the Robots to Master Position and check the respective joint position on the screen reads close to Zero’s, if

values are larger, then needs Mastering and Calibration of the Robot Joints. Large Robots Mini Robots Large Robots Eye or Vernier Marker on Robot

10. If no alarm during slow motion and mastering positions are perfect. Increase the feedrate in steps of 25%, Jog the Robot Joints/additional axis to maximum possible limits to ensure entire Robot reach is smooth and no alarms persist during motion

11. After successful initial power up it’s time to warmup your Robot joints for 30mins with test program provided by line builder (Always 1st cycle in Step mode with 10% Feed Rate). If you notice any trouble during warmup cycle, please try fixing it. . If you need support, please contact us.
