The keys types lagging and need press hard to have the letters, sometimes get doubleletters and double spaces.

Auto capitalization doesn't work. When shut down and restart the keyboard case, the Auto Capitalization is off again.

Keyboard continuously have the period when press the space key, and capitalization of initial letters in words occur spontaneously.

1.Power on the keyboard by sliding the On/Off to On position.

Then press ‘Wi-Fi’ button, the blue led light flash, the Bluetooth of the keyboard is opened. ***(The key of wi-fi and ON/OFF are beside the

indicator light, two tiny buttons in the upper right corner of the keyboard shell.)***

2.Turn on the Bluetooth of your iPad.

3.Open the iPad Bluetooth Search when the Bluetooth pair lights twinkling.

4.Then there will be "Bluetooth Keyboard" comes up in the searching page. Just select it. The Bluetooth will be connected automatically.

When the battery is below 20%, Bluetooth will be unstable. And the Bluetooth function will turn to sleep if you don't press the keyboard

beyond 10 minutes, at this situation, you just need to press any key on the keyboard to wake up the Bluetooth get it to work again. (Don't

need to re-connect the Bluetooth)

Why is the Bluetooth connection unstable?

Please try to turn OFF the keyboard; delete the Wireless keyboard from search result list on your smart phone/ tablet. Then follow the pairing

instructions and try to connect again.

I can see the keyboard listed after searching Bluetooth devices, but it says connection failed.

There are 2 snaps on our keyboard cover, when you want to put the ipad into the keyboard case, please put it in the lower part of the ipad first,

then put it into the upper part and let the buckle fasten.

How can I make sure I put the ipad in the right way?

In a small paper box, it has an icon of the charging cable, located next to our keyboard case.

red LED is always on but can't turn on the keyboard/ the red

LED of the charging indicator is always on, it can be used

normally. After the charging cable is unplugged, it cannot be used.

Charge the keyboard for at least 60 minutes, then try again

Blue LED, will flash when searching paring device, will be extinguished after successful pairing.

Red LED will always be on when charging, and will be off when full of charge.

Green LED will flash when it is powered off, and it will always be on when it is fully charged.

When you turn on the keyboard, the green and blue LED will shine about 3 second.

The power switch is turned to the ON position, the blue LED

and the green LED are not light.

The battery is dead. After charging the keyboard for 60 minutes,

restart it again.

The power switch is turned to the ON position, the blue LED

and the green LED are light for 3 seconds and then turned

off. Press the pairing button and no response.

After the blue LED and the green LED are off, press the code button.

What does the LED indicator mean?

The led will shine about 3 seconds, after that, it will extinguish.

This is normal. Then you should press WIFI key to connect the bluetooth.

Why did the indicator light go out after I turned the keyboard on?

The power switch is turned to the ON position, the blue LED

Turn off the power switch and then turn it back on.

In your iPad, there are some smart settings and it impacts to the typing experience and sensitivity of the typing, it sometimes cause the

connected Bluetooth keyboard too sensitive and easily to mistype, you could toggle off the settings in Keyboard(Auto-Correction, Enable

Caps Lock, Shortcuts, Smart Punctuation, Split.

My keyboard is too sensitive and always mistype.

There are several reasons that can cause this problem:

Step 1: Make sure your iPad is fully charged Step 2: Delete the keyboard connection on iPad (suggest to update iPad system to latest version) Charging light (Red LED on: Charging); Battery light (Green LED on: Full battery charge, RED LED blinking: Low battery)Step 3: Reboot your iPad and keyboard Step 4: Reconnect it again

1. there's a 'KEY REPEAT' in the ipad settings (settings- general-key repeat-off)

2. didn't choose the right language

3. Bluetooth connection is unstable (maybe caused by lack of power)

4. If you do not press any key for a long time, the keyboard will enter sleep mode and the first key you press will wake up it.

What's the battery information of this keyboard case?

First you have to hit the “light bulb” to turn it on, beside the space bar. Hit it once for on, twice for brighter,

third for the brightest and fourth to turn it off, and then press the “light bulb” key and page up/page down together to change the color.

1) Removing back protective piece: hold iPad on both sides and use thumbs to gently push off the back cover (see photo.)

Cover is held in place by two tabs.

2) Proceed to “peel” cover away from iPad.

3) Take iPad out.

4) Take iPad out upwards.
