GREENING SINGAPORE’S BUILT ENVIRONMENT Dr Limin Hee
On behalf of Building and Construction Authority, Singapore

almost all of our energy and other needs. Being
densely populated, we have no luxury of land and
cannot afford to neglect our environment when developing our economy.
