Green Tea
Green tea originating from Japan is the secret of long life span of Japanese people. Regular
consumption of green tea along with the meal imparts health benefits. Various studies and
researches show the effect of consumption of green tea on human health. Benefits of
consumption of green tea are not only limited to weight loss but also have positive effect on other
sides.
Regular consumption of green tea helps in reducing risk for bladder, colon, Esophageal, rectum
and stomach cancer by 60%. Epigallocatechin present in green tea have potent antioxidant
activity. It is 100 times more effective than vitamin C and 25 times effective than vitamin E.

recommended to consume 2-3 cups of tea throughout the day to control blood sugar levels.
