Homes & CommunityEveryone, from singles to families to seniors, enjoys the small town feel that can be found in Haddon Heights from a high-performing school system; diverse housing stock; safe, wide, and walkable streets; thriving commercial and business corridors; and a progressive outlook on the future. Business & EconomyStation Avenue runs adjacent to the two historic passenger and freight railroad stations and serves as the community’s main street and economic center. Along it one will find the municipal hall, police station, and post office, in addition to a number of banks, businesses, markets, and locally-owned shops. Additional shopping is available along the Black Horse Pike.

Activities & DestinationsNo matter the season, there’s always something happening in Haddon Heights. And special events make it all more special. Spring brings an Easter Egg Hunt in the Park, Down by the Station Day, the Town-Wide Yard Sale in May, and a Garden Tour in June. The community celebrates the winter season with a Christmas Parade, Holiday House Tour, concerts, and craft bazaars.

Haddon Heights’ Sycamore trees make it one of the most beautiful places to walk in the region.
