My tips and tricks for kinesthetic learners

Use materials to help you remember key ideas (ex: draw a simple shapes on flashcards with key term to help yourself recall the information)

Use different color pens and highlighters Partner with other kinesthetic learners Take breaks from the books Enroll in action bases classes (when possible) Use a “hands-on” approach Bring gum or hard candies during lectures Create your own study guides and outlines
